He's a total crook who is much better at billing and talking than he is at fixing your problem. He made two trips to my house, charged for the trips and his time at the house($395) and my toilet and sink still leak! He told me he'd come again but he'd have to charge me again. Keep looking for an honest plumber because this guy isn't your answer. Visa investigated him and refunded all of my money. He's no good.

This guy is LAZY. He didn't want to get in the man-hole and fix the problem, instead he had me hire an excavation team to dig the man-hole out so he could access it easier. The excavator didn't want to dig it out unnecassarily which I appreciate. This guy charged me $125 for the total of 30 min and zero work he did. The new plumber I hired came out .. drained the man hole and fixed the issue in less than an hour unlike the 2 days I spent with this other dude.

I left a message on Sunday night late needing help. Brian was at my home the very next morning and did a great and timely job. He did everything because he happened to have moen faucet replacements already on his truck (we needed two of them) and finished in a short time. His bill was VERY REASONABLE, and he was a pleasure to work with. We'd use him again. In fact, he is now our ALWAYS plumber from now on.
