This guy is LAZY. He didn't want to get in the man-hole and fix the problem, instead he had me hire an excavation team to dig the man-hole out so he could access it easier. The excavator didn't want to dig it out unnecassarily which I appreciate. This guy charged me $125 for the total of 30 min and zero work he did. The new plumber I hired came out .. drained the man hole and fixed the issue in less than an hour unlike the 2 days I spent with this other dude.

I used Brian for a septic problem on my rental last winter. Today my tenant called me with a problem with the hot water . Bathtub and sinks were not draining. Draino was not working. Called Mt. Shasta Plumbing and Brian was right out and fixed it all in a jiffy. Prompt, professional and friendly. Now have him in my contacts list as my go-to plumber! Highly recommended.

I left a message on Sunday night late needing help. Brian was at my home the very next morning and did a great and timely job. He did everything because he happened to have moen faucet replacements already on his truck (we needed two of them) and finished in a short time. Brian, the owner, is professional, honest, and an excellent plumber.

I first called another plumber in Mt. Shasta who was recommended to me and left an urgent voice message for them to call me back. I'm still waiting for their call!

When I read the reviews for Brian, I decided to give him a call. I could tell right away that I was talking with a professional, which was a huge relief, because I was in Los Angeles and my townhouse was leaking in Mt. Shasta!

Brian went out to my place the next day and he was able to determine the source of the leaking, which was not immediately obvious. The HOA maintenance person had called a handyman to check it out but he could not determine the cause of the leak.

Brian called me right away and communicated the issue very clearly. It was obvious that he knew his job well. Brian could have ripped out kitchen cabinets to get to the problem but he figured out how to access the leak via an outside wall, thereby causing the least amount of disruption to my tenant and me.

I had a suspicion that the plumbers who worked on my townhouse while it was in escrow, did a sloppy job. During the escrow process the pipes had frozen and flooded the whole first floor. My neighbors living room also got flooded. Brian confirmed my suspicions; he saw that the pipes were not properly installed nor properly insulated, which caused them to freeze again and break.

Brian went the extra step of leaving the wall open over the weekend to ensure that everything was dry before he closed up the wall. He also put some bleach in the area to ensure that no mold would form.

Brian is amazing! He is an honest plumber. He charged me a very fair price and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was definitely worth the $85 initial fee to come out because this was credited to the repairs. I will definitely recommend Brian of Mt. Shasta Plumbing, over and over again to everyone.
