The company charged me 363 dollars to tell me in 5 min they could not do anything for me and I would need to call someone else. They used no equipment to make this assessment. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this type of company. If you do trust you will highly regret it.

I highly recommend this company! They did two projects for us pretty close together.We had a clogged drain line and they fixed that and sold us a new toilet at a discount because my mother is a senior citizen and requires alot of care.Then we discovered soon after that our hot water heater was leaking and they replaced that.The owner talked to me on the phone and was extremely nice.They come at the time agreed to and are quick with fixing whatever it is.The plumber that came was nice and had a humorous personality.He also showed empathy which I personally find to be very important.The price of everything was very good.You are in good hands if you call them.

This is the second time I have called MJ Plumbing and again they come to my rescue . We were getting new floors and the valve stem broke on the toilet. We called and they came out within a couple hours and replaced the valve. They were very reasonable on the fee and very polite. We highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. Receptionist was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Gave me every reason she could think of not to keep the appointment they scheduled for the following day. I will never work or recommend this business to anyone.

Here are the photos of the damage that this company left at my home while replacing my water heater and charging an excessive price. We expected some damage, but nothing like this with no care given on anything. No offer to take money off the bottom line, nothing. Never again will we hire them.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. The technician came and took out the ceiling of our finished basement, recommended a company that would fix his mess if we made an insurance claim. Sound like 2 companies working a scam to you? It does to me. The leak was visible under the kitchen sink, no need to tear out anything. Tried multiple times to contact the company to correct this mess ( the leak was never fixed, technician suggested we get a new dishwasher) but they were not interested. Run! Run! Run from this company.

I called Mt. Juliet Plumbing to come over to replace a small water filter unit in my garage. I had the new unit when the technician arrived. They told me that it would be a $59 charge for the tech to come over. If there were any additional accessories or parts needed it would be extra. He started the replacement at 9:05am and finished at 9:25am. There were no additional accessories or parts required. The work was completed satisfactory. I received a bill for $184.00! That is at a rate of $225 per hour for his time! I believe that the charge for a simple replacement when I had the new unit was unreasonable. Dana

Excellent price and service!!! Definitely recommend. I needed a hot water heater replaced. Mt Juliet plumbing and leak detection was my second estimate, and 60% of the price of the other estimates. Fantastic deal. The person that helped us was named Ed and he did a great job very efficiently. Very knowledgeable and explained all my options very well. A very big thank you to the company and Ed!
