Brian C.No call no showed on planned service date. The stated excuse was phones had issues. After multiple calls and texts to learn this, they apologized. No call no showed again. Messaged them and called throughout the morning to triple confirm and was left on read from my text message. I am a licensed realtor and this was a referral from my go to guy. A tenant is dealing with a potential broken sewer and they knew this and made no effort to reach back out. Things happen but this is nothing more than dropping the ball. I'm friendly, so if I am missing something I will update if they reach out and make an effort to fix the issue but shame (X2) on me if I get stood up a third time.
