Great service in clearing out a very important and blocked up outdoor drain. The guys worked hard late at night, and did the work well, courteously, and at a fair price. What else could you want? Very pleased.

My toilet stopped flushing. I gave it the good ol' college try with the following things over 24 hours:
1) A mighty plunging effort
2) Baking soda and vinegar overnight followed by more Herculean plunging efforts (an idea I got from the internet, but Dominic said he's never seen that work)
3) Amateur hour with an auger that I bought at the hardware store. I think the auger broke, I got a workout, and learned that it isn't as easy as Youtube says it is.

None of the above worked, so I called a few plumbers who are open on Sundays. MSK called me back immediately after I left a voicemail (they were the only ones who called back) and sent Dominic out a few hours later. He was very professional and clean. We never got to see what it was, but he could tell there was some sort of hard plastic obstruction that he had to break up. He offered to write down the brand of his auger, but after seeing how much work it was to get things flowing again, I'm not gonna mess around with trying to do that myself in the future! He did a few tests with TP to really make sure the blockage was gone before leaving.

Being able to drink as much as I want and not having to go to the store for my bodily functions: priceless.

I just saved MSK as a contact in my phone. I'll definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs!

Dominic and MSK Plumbing did a great job for us. We had a complex sewer blockage that required 3 trips to jet and remove and replace two sections. He worked there nights, including a Saturday night until 10PM to get it done. Kelly also did a fantastic job of keeping us informed as to when he would arrive etc. Thanks for all the hard work!

Dominic Gomez has done a number of plumbing jobs for us and each time his work is high quality and really reasonably priced. He is also very timely getting back to us soon after we call. Recently our toilet wasn't flushing properly and he worked for two hours trying to fix it. While he improved it he wasn't satisfied with the job and left refusing to charge us. Instead of trying to fix an old toilet we decided to have him install two new toilets. He came back promptly and did the job even though his helper for the day had cancelled. He was so careful to make sure that the toilets were installed properly and took extra time with them even though it was the end of a very long workday for him. We can't say enough good things about Dominic - we feel lucky to have had his services and will call him again in heartbeat. In fact we would give him six stars if we could - he's that good.

Great quality work and attitude! Kelly was very communicative with setting up the time and appointment changes. Dominic was able to clear the pipes through our toilet hole even when previous plumbers were not able to. Even though it was 9 pm on Saturday night, he still checked the pipes with his camera through the cleanout and further snaked the pipes when it wasn't to his satisfaction. Also, they wore booties to track less dirt into the house and cleaned up very well after the job was done. You have earned another loyal customer.

These are full five stars I owe Dominic and Kelly long time ago, I wish I can give them ten stars if Yelp allows me to.

We had a severe clogged up at clean out last year. All waste water stopped draining out and backed to the whole piping system. Contacted Kelly and was scheduled the earliest possible time to repair it. Dominic came on time in the dark, found the place where it was not functioning in matter of seconds, and started the correction work, just in a minute or two, he got it back to work as normal.

He is a truly great guy in his profession, I should say expert, also was a polite, nice, warm-hearted, admirable young man. The charge was very fair and reasonable, I was thinking I would be paying more than the charged amount.

Honest and trustworthy business, I will call them again without any hesitation if there is any plumbing or drainage matters.

Highly recommended!

This is the third time I have called Dominic to help me with plumbing issues. The last time he was here we agreed to have him come out every 12-18 months so I wouldn't have an emergency with a sewer lateral backed up with roots. While he was here I asked him to check the drain pipes in front of my house that drained two down spouts. He said he would have to come back another time since the water was backing up from what looked like dirt and rocks in the lines. When they really got into the ground and tried to find where the pipe drained down the hill they found that it wasn't attached to anything; it just ended in front of my foundation. So glad I asked them to check it out. After an entire day of working (until 9pm!!) the drain is working and I can relax about El Nino-- if it really does come this year. Kellie, Dominic's wife and the one who answers the phone, is as great a Dominic. We played phone tag a few times before connecting but it was worth the wait. During all of this one of Dominic and Kellie's friends was murdered in a robbery attempt in Oakland. Stuff happens to all of us that can interrupt our best intentions. So if you don't get a call back right away; call again and leave a good time to be reached! I would , and have, recommend Dominic and Kellie anytime. Thanks MSK!! Will see you in 12-18 months!!

Dominic has always been a straight shooter and solid plumber. He'll jump right into the crawl space and figure things out. I appreciate how he gives you his honest take on the situation -- he once cautioned us away from messing with one particular pipe because he said it would lead to a bigger situation to fix. Nice!

The first time we used MSK was a few years back. He installed a new kitchen faucet for us and did a great job.

I've tried to contact him again for two jobs since then. The first was several months ago -- never got a call back. The second was in these last few days -- also no call back.

I'd like to use MSK again but they're not making it very easy. If I get a call back, I'll update my review.

Update: They got back to me this last time around. The lady was nice on the phone and said they've been really busy. Since they're a small operation, they couldn't get to my until next week so they gave me a couple referrals. Glad they called back.
