I will only use MSK for my plumbing needs - my crazy roommate suspected our water was ""poisoned"" and unfit to drink or bathe in due to teeny, tiny black specs only she could see. She sublets from me so I felt bound to address her concerns even though I was fairly sure she was coo coo for coconuts (she has since been asked to leave our lovely home).

Dominic came out on a Sunday, checked everything including the water heater. No specs to be found - no surprise there! BUT he did find the water heaters vent was completely disconnected and allowing carbon monoxide to free flow into the house.

Yikes!

Not only did he run to the store to buy the stuff he needed to replace and fix it, he came back later that day because he had concerns that the sealer he used wasn't up to snuff and purchased a higher grade to reapply right then and there. What?! Are you kidding?!?
This guy is amazing. Professional, quiet, quick and like I said before, my dog loves him. He also didn't charge me extra to come on a Sunday to deal with craziness, his pricing is extremely reasonable. This guy rocks.

This was my second time using MSK plumbing. I left a message for them. They returned the call and an appointment was booked. They called to confirm they were 15 minutes from my home. Upon arrival, they put on something over their shoes so they would not dirty the carpet/hard wood floors in my house. I didn't have to ask for this, they did it on their own accord. A sign of a good company. My bathtub would not drain at all. It appeared to be an easy fix for Dominic. He seemed knowledgeable with plumbing. He gave me 30 days warranty on his service. Before I chose MSK, I also called Roto rooter and they were much more expensive. I will definitely use him again if I have plumbing issues. No extra fees for weekend!!

Dominic responded to me within a short period after I left him a VM on a Sunday afternoon when two others I never heard from! He told me he could come by the same day and there was no extra charge for the weekend. He also indicated that he would call me when he left the job he was working on that day and his estimated arrival. ALL was very professional and I appreciated it being a project manager myself. He and his assistant came by, identified what the issue was and worked on the clogged sewer until they got it open. He also gave me an estimate on how much it'll be to replace the sewer. He was hi-tech as he swiped my card on his phone, professional and someone I felt I could trust. I am very pleased with MSK services and will support them as they did great work.

I contacted them after reading all the great reviews. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to my house today, Friday, July 13, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. By 4:30 no one had arrived or called, so I called them and left a message asking for a call back to confirm if someone would be coming out today. It is now 5:49 and I just got a call from them. The receptionist just called claiming it was her fault that she must have written the appointment down wrong. Why did it take over an hour for a call back. I would NEVER use this plumbing business. I have already left a message for Kelker Plumbing.

I have used Dominic on three separate occasions, and all have been terrific. His customer service is great. When he is running late his secretary calls to let you know. He is honest, reliable and his rates are terrific. He has cleared clogged pipes on two occasions and most recently he fixed our shower that wouldn't turn off. He came late in the evening after a long day and was able to identify the problem, and fix it within 20 minutes. He also helped me figure out how to shut off an irrigation system that had been leaking for months while he was here fixing the shower. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and is good at explaining the problem and coming up with a solution.

Once again Dominic did great work. Last minute call and he committed to helping out. (""Helping out"" might seem like an odd phrase while paying for services. But with this industry it is applicable) Communicated well, showed up when he said he would. Worked hard. Fixed the issue and offered a fair price. Couldn't recommend him more.

Newly purchased house and I called Dominic because my upstairs bathtub was clogged. Came same day and instantly noticed the stopper is new style stopper and it stops half way. He pushed it down hard and it opened up. He came all the way to the house and said no charge because he really didnt do anything. If you want an honest plumber that won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge in plumbing, he is definitely your guy. Will defintely use him again when the time comes.

It's Sunday and it's Father's Day, so I wondered how much luck I would have finding a good plumber to fix the only toilet in my house. Dominic returned my call quickly, gave me an estimated time and called me again when he was about 10 minutes away. I knew I liked him when he put on over-the-boot slippers before coming into the house. He fixed my toilet very quickly with quality parts and the labor charge was very, very, reasonable. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends. This is the first review written on Yelp. :-)

power to the yelp! dominic was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. my experience was a very positive, stress-free one. i had 3 minor issues and dominic fixed it all right up. he even putt on booties over his shoes before walking on my carpet (i didn't ask him to). and he took them on and off like 25 times as he walked back and forth to his truck. very thoughtful. thank you dominic! i am a very happy customer!
