WOW! It is not often that you get someone that is honest and not trying to make a buck at the customers expense, but today was an exception. He arrived early and quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service. You will not go wrong with MSK!

I am a general contractor and I always hesitate to recommend other professionals to my clients because it's usually a no win proposition. A long time client was desperate for someone to correct a sewer line problem between the house and the street, not a service I offer. Based on the near perfect Yelp rating, I suggested she call MSK. She called me back this morning to tell me how thrilled she was to have such a pleasant experience with this knowledgeable and friendly professional. So I will chalk this up as a win and will confidently recommend MSK in the future.

Dominic is the real deal. He has the right equipment to get the job done, and he even cleans up after himself. :) I am very pleased with the work that he did for me and my family, and YES I will be calling him again if we ever have a plumbing problem.

Between the house and the coffee shop we used to own, and the remodel work we did at both, I have used a LOT of plumbers, electricians, etc.

MSK Plumbing/Dominic is at the top of the list. I've used him more than once. He is on time, works quickly, is polite, communicates well about what he will do, what may or may not work, etc. He doesn't try to get you to do work that you don't need to to, but at the same time lets you know about things you can do if something becomes more of a regular problem. The people he has hired to help him seem great as well. He also cleans up well afterward.

All of that and the price he charges is fair and reasonable.

Dominic and his company are great! When our sewer line backed up (on a weekend, naturally!), I checked out MSK Plumbing, read the great reviews, and called. Kelly rang me back within a couple of minutes, and Dominic came out on a Sunday afternoon. He was as great as all the other reviewers have said -- thoroughly professional, efficient, and really pleasant to talk to. MSK is a model of how a small local business should be!

I hate when things go wrong at home and you have to find someone to fix it.. especially plumbers. I've used the big name plumbers before because I felt like they were better in some way but have been mostly disappointed. You kind of get who you get. They are expensive and not always professional. So I thought I would give MSK a call.

Dominic showed up and I told him my problem.. he gave me worst case scenario and best and got to work.

Lucky for me it wasn't too serious and I have hot water again!! YAY!! He did a great job, was very clean, and wouldn't leave until everything worked perfect. (that drain pipe gave him a bit of a run)

I know you don't know me but let me tell you.. I took a chance and I won big time! Dominic was very professional and very reasonably priced. I hope I don't have too many plumbing issues in the future but if I do.. he has taken all the stress out of who to call. Thanks Dominic and thanks MSK plumbing!

This dude is a PRO!! We have ongoing issues and need to have our roots cleaned out annually. Last time we used Roto Rooter. Not only did they have to come back and clean it out a second time, but they also had no clue what was going on with a secondary overflow line we have in our driveway (mind you, BOTH a supervisor and regular plumber dude were there to take a look). We called MSK around 10am on a Saturday, Dominic came out around 2pm. He was fast, efficient, and took one look at the secondary line and assessed the situation immediately--basically that it needed to be sealed off (something he was willing to do at no extra charge). All this and he was $100 bucks less than Roto Rooter. Dominic is no nonsense, knows his stuff, gives a fair price and doesn't waste your time. Thanks Dominic---you have found, yet, another loyal customer!

Dominic and his apprentice came by about a month ago to install a new water heater and I am finally getting around to writing this review. This company actually calls you back and has someone else handling the calls and relaying them to the people out in the field. Dominic came early after confirming my availability. He did a very neat and quality job. My property is on a slope and the old water heater had to be drained and carried out. They asked for a broom and dust pan to clean their mess when done. They even waited to test and make sure hot water was coming through the pipes. Before leaving Dominic told me he stood behind his work and to call if I had any problems. The new water heater works great. I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of MSK Plumbing. Highly recommended!
