I called Dominic and left a message at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. He called back at 2:33 and asked if I needed him today or tomorrow. Clogged sewer lines can get messy and stinky so I asked if he could come today. He said he would be by around 5:30 or 6:00 pm but call before he came.

He called back at 3:45 and said that he would be coming from Alameda after he stopped to refuel his van. He arrived at 4:17 and went straight to the problem.

I know that some people might look at Dominic and judge him incorrectly. Treat people like people and they will respond to you. He's is genuinely at really nice guy, does his work with a smile and won't try to sell you the world.

We'll, it's now past 8:00pm and dark outside. Dominic just left, unsuccessful at clearing our sewer lateral. He's going to come back to try something else but I won't have time until Wednesday. We've had problems for many years now and it was simpler and cheaper to have Dominic clean out the pipes than to have the lateral replaced. If what he does on Wednesday doesn't work, then we're going to have to bite the bullet.

Had a blocked pipe from my bathroom sink and tub that did not respond to any drain cleaner. I tried snaking, and the snake bounced. I called this company and they rose to the challenge. I am not sure how it got there, but there was inches of sand that had blocked the pipe. We found this out after installing a clean out. These guys are good, and did not make a mess. I would definitely hire them again.

They did an easy fix in a very hard to reach pipe without a problem. I couldn't have done it myself. Quick response, accommodating and reasonably priced. Clean and neat in their work protocol was nice to see for a change.

Fantastic service. Had a Fawcett replaced and toilet handles....Took extra time to get parts and only charged minimum....didn't try to sell me on anything.....recommend them highly....

We had a great experience with Kelly. He came on time and was very communicative, polite and efficient. He not only assessed and fixed our toilet problem and saved us some money where he could, he also pointed out a different problem that we were having with our sink and fixed that on the very cheap, too.

We feel well taken care of! Not the kind of plumber who goes out of his way to charge more, but someone who wants to get the job well done and leave a customer happy. And we are very happy.

Responsive, not the cheapest but very knowledgeable. He fixed a clogged bath tub and fished out a plastic cylender out! Special tools and other plumber might not be able to do that. Half an hour job. Not bad, thanks Dominic!

My washing machine had drained into my kitchen sink causing an overflow of water. I called MSK plumbing and received a return phone call from Dominic within the hour. He was able to come out the same day, assessed the situation, gave me a quote and immediately started working. I found Dominic to be friendly, honest, worked quickly and was very thorough. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend MSK plumbing to anyone in the community. Dominic is a very down to earth, trustworthy, and hard working individual. He quoted a flat rate for the service and even helped me with some issues with my dishwasher.

Dominic is a good dude, and honest. I've used him for many years, mostly to unplug stopped up drains... He's come by on short notice, and over the holidays... Man, This guy busts his ass for you... He's used his knowledge to save me money, and not taken advantage of up-selling me unnecessary stuff... Roto-rooter had cost me like 2-3 times more...
