I've used MSK plumbing five times now and after this last time, have to give Dominic and Kelly a shout out. Dominic got my hot water heater working at 9 p.m. last night (a Saturday night) after getting the call about 6 p.m. and having to go find parts for it. I was prepared to take a cold bucket shower after cleaning the house and working outside all day, but he saved the day. MSK is very responsive and reasonably priced; I highly recommend them and haven't used another plumber since the first time with them!

Dominic at MSK Plumbing is the best. He has made multiple visits to fix various problems in our older home, most recently this evening. He always shows up on time or calls to give a status update if he's stuck on another job. He does excellent work, and he will honestly assess the situation and give you good advice about how to maximize value (i.e. if it's not worth fixing, he'll tell you rather than taking your money). Highly recommended.

I recommend MSK Plumbing for several reasons. Here are a few:

First - same-day service to address a stinky situation was awesome! Whether it was because it was a slow day or because they are that efficient, I'll not question, but just be grateful.
Second - Dominic was on time
Third - Dominic and assistant's detective work was superb - solving the mystery (including an intricate french drain system for run-off and rainwater and a not-quite-up-to-code sewer lateral get up) in a short amount of time.
Fourth - he was very patient with me as I continued to pop out of the house to see how things were going.
Fifth - charging what I was quoted, even though it was a little outside of a standard job (what with the required detecting)
Sixth - he was very clear on what the issue was, how it was fixed, and clearly described the picture of our non-standard sewer lateral set up, which gives us an idea of what we are in for when we need to replace it down the road.

Cannot recommend Dominic and MSK Plumbing enough. We live in an older home and have numerous issues with everything plumbing. We initially called them up a few years ago when we were dealing with a bathroom sink that was constantly backing up. A very annoying problem as we only have one in the house. They cleared it up, replacing an old pipe that was previously poorly managed, and it's been five ever since. Just recently, I noticed my water heater was leaking and after realizing my brother and I could only worsen matters by trying to fix it on our own, we called up MSK again. Dom was able to come over in a couple days and right when he looked at it, told me what needed to be done. No wasting time, no upselling. He said we needed a new unit(which I was already anticipating before he got there), gave me a quote on one he recommended and used frequently on the spot, and he installed it later that day. No rescheduling a week to do it later, hidden fees, etc.. Done. On top of all this, while he was there we asked him if he wouldn't mind looking at our kitchen sink which occasionally makes a rattling sound. He couldn't get to it after the install because it was getting late so they called the day after to see if he could reschedule. He came over a couple days later, took the sink apart, went around to different shops with a piece he thought might need replacing. He couldn't find the right one(older sink), so he put everything back together and gave us some options as to what we could do. He spent a good 2-3 hours working on the problem. We were ready to cut him a check for his time when he told us he wasn't charging us. He said he wanted to look at it after he installed the water heater but didn't have time so he wasn't charging us. What!? We insisted on giving him a small tip which he reluctantly accepted.

Long review I know, but it had to be done. Honest, hard working, prompt, easy to communicate with. Working in the service industry myself I know quality when I see it. Cannot endorse MSK Plumbing enough.

Dominic saved me a lot of money! I had a tree root clogged drainage line running the whole side of my home which my regular sewer guy could not clear. I called MSK due to its high YELP reviews, and I'm so glad I did.
Dominic had the patience of a saint to slowly take out pieces of tree roots at a time and he never gave up. I checked on him every so often, and he never complained or got upset. He persevered and after 4 hours, he finally cleared the drain. If he couldn't clear it, I was about to take the next step of digging up the cement on the side of my home to get to the clog, which would have been very expensive.
Dominic is a professional with an even temperament. I will have him back every year. Kelly is also terrific on the phone and kept me updated. Great family business!

Talk about a professional! I just bought a house a couple weeks ago and had a washer & dryer delivered today. Well, when they tried to test the washer the standpipe immediately overflowed. After I envisioned all of the money that I would have to spend to have this fixed, I jumped on Yelp and found MSK Plumbing.

I called around 4:00pm (did I mention that today was a holiday and I wasn't expecting anyone to get back to me?) Less than an hour later my message was returned saying that they could be there in about an hour! What? I was floored that they would even come out today let alone so quickly. Well, Dom and Raul showed up and had me back in business in no time.

They did a super great job and I'm pretty sure that they left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone that it looking for an honest and competent plumber. I'll definitely be calling them again for all my plumbing needs.
