You cannot go wrong by choosing MSK Plumbing. I usually am a DIY guy but the pipes in my mom's house are old. When I state ""old,"" they could be the original pipes since 1908? I did not want to fix the leak - fearing to cause worse problems. I recommended MSK because of the Yelp reviews. Thank you Yelp reviewers. I can't add anything much. Communication is good. Works fast, friendly and professionally.

Dominic was very professional and I was very happy with his work. He was running a bit behind schedule but gave us a courtesy call to let us know when he was arriving. We had a leaky toilet and he replaced the wax seal. He was very efficient and even cleaned up the mess that was left by the leak! Great guy, great work.

1) They were the only plumbers who responded on the holiday weekend. I called 5 others before I found them.
2) The woman on the phone was communicative, articulate, thorough and polite, and called back exactly when she said she would.
3) Dominic was professional, knowledgable, and aid attention to details. For example he put on shoe protectors each time we went indoors.
4) He handled our issues quickly, then wrote up our invoice with a thorough explanation of what was done, and offered to speak with the insurance representatives.

It's not easy, I discovered, to find a plumber to come out late on a Sunday evening when a pipe has burst. Dominic came as soon as he had finished another job. He had all the parts and he fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The MSK rep who was my first contact on the phone was also fast, helpful and responsive. I won't say it was cheap, but I will say it was money well spent to solve the problem. Next time (and there always is one), MSK will be my first call.

We had a backup into our kitchen sink and bathroom. I called MSK on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday in the evening. Kelly called me on Thursday evening and said that their plumber had finished his last call and could swing by our place and fix the drainage if that worked for us. Dominic showed up about 9 that night (he had been working since 9 that morning). He fixed the problem in short order in a fast, professional and courteous manner. I was really impressed that he came over and fixed our problem a 9 pm without charging any more than standard flat fee. The 30 day warranty is nice too. If you have a plumbing problem hire him, you won't be sorry!

Called for a clog and he showed up same day and kept in contact via phone. He showed up on time. He was very polite and used booties to keep the floor clean. Dominic definitely earned 5 stars for the work he did on our master bathroom shower. Ever since it was installed 1 1/2 years ago the flow has been getting weaker and weaker, finally turning into barely more than a trickle. We tried numerous times to fix the problem, but with no success. I called MSK on a Friday morning, Dominic came out that afternoon and was able to diagnose and repair the problem, which was debris in the valve body. The next morning we had the best shower we'd ever had in that bathroom thanks to his repairs. It's easy to see why he has so many 5 star reviews.
