My day started out bad; my water heater had died in a big way the night before. I called ten plumbers, only two answered, and of all the voicemails only one called me back. MSI was the only shop that could come out same day. Melissa was really direct and honest about the options not to mention compassionate. She was able to find room in the schedule and Roy, Peter ad Brain came out to fix my water heater. They got here two minutes early and quickly got to work. The job was done efficiently and the area looked better than when they got here. They are not the cheapest but they did not gouge me with emergency pricing either. I will definitely work with them in the future.

We have had MSI at our home for various plumbing jobs and remodeling. Our kitchen sink was clogged and Roy came out early and worked quickly. He also took the time to fix a leak we had in the basement. Highly recommend!

This is a very reliable and trustworthy company. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I had previously posted a one star review after I grossly misunderstood a situation and took it out on the company who did not deserve the review. The review reflected my lack of understanding and me being unreasonably upset rather then the workmanship and management of the company . If I could, I would give them 10 stars for being not only reliable and trustworthy but CLASSY. Anne Thornton (the owner) handled my poor and childish review like a true professional.

I have upcoming projects that I will need a plumber for and I know that I will be calling MSI. They are good and hardworking people.

Terrible, terrible company. They do not have any regard for their customers and take forever to do repairs, it took them over a week for a small repair job and the employees they sent was very rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. It took MSI over a week to fix 1 sink at our business, and when they finally came, they didn't fix it properly and it broke the next day. We were forced to call them to come back, and when we did, we were met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism.

You can't go wrong by calling this company for all of your plumbing needs. I want to give a particular shout out to Rich DeTorres for all of his help and support - he's been amazing!!

I am a single woman who owns a rental unit in a local condo community. This the first time I have ever been a landlord and have needed to hire many repairmen over the last year. Finding a company I can trust who will do an outstanding job at a reasonable price that is easy to work with has been difficult but not with MSI!!

I needed a plumber for an emergency job in August 2015 and after calling two other companies who told me they could not fit me in for a week, I called MSI at 7:30am on a Monday morning and they were able to fit me in that same day. They came and fixed the problem for a very reasonable cost. I was so thrilled with their attention to the problem and their quick response.

Most recently, June 2016, I had a problem with the water heater in the rental unit and the FIRST company I thought to call was MSI. They came out the same day based around my crazy work schedule to assess the problem. They gave me two choices for fixing the problem and I chose the cheaper choice. They fixed it on a Friday but by Saturday it was not providing hot water again because the water heater is truly faulty (purchased years before by a different company). They had been so great when they came originally to show me how to restart the pilot light when it went out so I didn't have to keep calling them so late Saturday night I tried to fix it myself but it didn't work. I called their emergency line that evening and by Sunday morning they contacted me and said they would be out to see me that morning to fix the problem. They came and within thirty minutes they had it working again and the fix has lasted. However again because the water heater is faulty the tenant smelled gas on Monday morning so I contacted them and before 8:00am they came out again to fix a small gas leak that was developing.

I have never worked with a company that is so responsive and so committed to customer service.

At that point on Monday when I had had them come out 3 times in 4 days, we decided the best solution was to replace the water heater. They scheduled me for Friday of this week but were then able to move the appointment up to today.

They have been so easy to work with and so wonderful to me to ease my mind about this situation in addition to helping me make the cost of this unexpected repair easy to pay for.

I know they have many other clients they work with but in all of my dealings they have made me feel like the only person they are working with. They have made me feel like I am there only priority.

I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me through this experience and I will now have a plumbing service contract with them as they will be the only company I will ever use for my plumbing needs.

I am so pleased with this work that I am going to see about having them tile a portion of the floor in the condo because they are a company I truly trust.

2011,2012 MSI staff was smart and very, very dependable. The MSI of today, with its new group of ""professionals"" is a great disappointment. I used to use them for everything, today I wouldn't call them if they paid me. Poorly run companies with high turnover always point to deficiency at the leadership level, which seems to be the case here.
