I have known Ed (the owner) for over a year now. We have sent him out to many of our rental properties. They have done great work and at a good price. Would refer them to anyone looking for a local and honest plumber.

I just want to say that MSE is the best! Their Tech IBN came to our emergency and he was done all in all 35min. He was very understanding and so professional. Their office staff got better too and the lady that answers the phone is so polite ..thank God they got rid of all the bad people . They r the best !

I was very impressed with this company from the moment I called them for service. They are very, very nice and professional. They came out the same day, knew what the problem was right away and had all the parts. When a service company comes to my home it is very important to me that they are professional, clean and polite. The service man was very careful to keep the old parts and water on his own towels/rags not to make a mess and he clean up the area before he left. I would highly recommend this company!!!

We also have an AHS home warranty. Called in a service request on a Friday evening due to a leaking toilet. They set us up with MSE Plumbing. We couldn't be happier. First, AHS called within 24 hours of our placing the service request to see of MSE had called us yet. They had. In fact, I was on the phone with MSE when AHS auto-called. The person I spoke with was very professional and scheduled our appointment for the upcoming Tuesday. She then called again on Monday to confirm the appointment for the next day. The day of our appointment, she called to let me know the plumber would be a little late, but no more than 1 hour past our original appointment time. The plumber himself called when he was finished with the job before ours to let us know he was on the way and when he would be there. He was there when he said he would be. When coming into our house he put on shoe covers immediately so as not to track anything in. The job required the toilet to be replaced. He called and ordered the replacement and left his direct number to call when it come in. When the toilet was delivered, within 3 days, we called the plumber and he was out the very next day to do the install. We couldn't be happier with the work and especially the level of communication we received from this company and their very, very, VERY excellent employee.

Possibly the worst plumbing service I have ever used. Our sink broke, it was a simple fix, it eventually took about five minutes to fix. But it took over a month before someone finally came out. We had to call about a dozen times to find out the technician had quit in the middle of the job. We got lost in the shuffle, and took weeks to fix something incredibly simple.

Satilla, and her staff are rude and disorganized. They do not listen to the customer, nor have they fixed any of the plumbing issues. They have been to my house 4 time, and every time they come out the issue (with the garbage disposal, water heater, and toilet) is made worse. My toilet had a minor issue of not being securly bolted to the ground, they secured it, but now it leaks water all over my bathroom.
The garbage disposal leaks under the sink after they visit, and my water heater sounds as if it's about to explode. They need a responisble, respectful manager on duty. Satilla and her office staff need to be held responsible for their lack of respect and efficiency.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Had a home warranty water heater replacement a few days back. Denise answered their phone and was helpful and gave me a next day appointment with a promise to call me if anything opened up that day. Mike came by the next day as promised during the 4 hour window I was told and he was very professional and quite a nice and helpful young man. When he left he told me he'd call my warranty company for authorization for a new water heater and less than ten minutes later my warranty company called me and told me they'd take care of everything except for part of the permit fee and my deductible. A couple of minutes later Denise called and told me they could have someone come by between 9 & 1 the next day to do the replacement. Another employee came by (wife was home this time so not sure of his name) the next day and took care of everything and we're all done. I'm still waiting for the inspector as my area requires a permit so I'll post if there are any problems noted by him. Barring some inspection related issues, I am completely satisfied with all MSE's work and their people were wonderful and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

The plumbers have no clue about plumbing in this company. They leave a big mess after they leave. They did not fix anything that I had requested. I had another company came after them and fixed everything. NEVER EVER hire this company.

**Edit: I'd like to make it VERY clear that this is a bad review for MSE plumbing. I only mention AHS because I would not have called this plumbing company had I not been using my home warranty. AHS sends you the cheapest company they can find. if you want a good plumber, call someone else**

Called AHS last summer because our shower was leaking through the ceiling from upstairs. They sent out MSE Plumbing. The plumber was nice enough but CLUELESS and a bit of a slob. He didn't have shoe covers so he walked around my house in his socks. He said the whole shower pan would have to be torn out and they couldn't authorize that so he CUT A HOLE with a sawzall in my living room ceiling to get at the drain from there. He didn't even measure where to cut, just eyeballed it. He climbed up and said his tools didn't have room in the space and there was nothing he could do. We were left with an ugly hole right above out tv in our new house (I was also 6 months pregnant) and a still leaking shower. AHS sent us like a $75 check to fix the hole only after I bugged them enough and my dad fixed the drain when he was out visiting 3 months later... WITH JUST SOME %#$!ing CAULKING!

They're horrible. We let AHS lapse because they're useless and you'd have to be drunk to call MSE plumbing.

Once again, MSE Plumbing has come to my rescue. Troy and his crew are the best--timely, professional, considerate and reasonably priced.

Please note that some of the criticisms linked to MSE Plumbing are related to problems consumers have with their home warranty insurance companies, NOT with the plumbing company.

MSE Plumbing has always treated me fairly, clearly explaining what's going on, deals with my home warranty company, and respects my home. I am very happy to know them.
