I have found my plumber! A flooded basement due to a boiler problem the day before christmas eve left me without heat. I called 8 plumbers who said no...finally a guy came out for an ""emergency"" call charged me and never returned my call - i'm used to that from plumbers.

But, after 8 days without heat Mike came in and saved the day even though he was booked. Syper nice, professional and capable. Had to finish the next morning (weekend) and started his day early to make it happen. After a few bad experiences with plumbers I found my guy.

Mike at M&M Plumbing is AWESOME!!! Cannot give more than 5 stars which sucks. 10 as far as I am concerned. Mike and his dad were the goto plumbers for my grandmother, and my mother whenever they needed a problem fixed. My mom moved out of state and my grandmother has been deceased for almost 2 years. However, I am still in Quincy and rent. My landlord needed a plumber for some work and I recommended These guys. Mike arrived on the day he promised and his work is more than phenominal. He is a great guy and I for one am glad that I could call someone that I knew had a relationship with my family. I will not hesitate to call them again.

I've had several plumbing issues at home and with my condo unit. I was using a local handyman for a while and he disappeared. I found M&M through yelp and called to schedule service. Each time they have been very quick to reply and service had been great, until this summer. I had 3 plumbing issues up to date in which I called for M&M and had stellar service. Most recently I had an issue with my jacuzzi tub springing a leak. M&M came over and took pictures of what needed to be replaced and repaired. I have not heard back from them since following up with them twice over several months. They no longer pick up their phone and do not return my calls. Not sure if that is any indication that the company no longer is in operation.

I discovered my water heater was leaking and and went to Google to search for a local plumber here in Quincy. I saw the excellent ratings on Yelp for Mike at M & M Plumbinng. I phoned Mike's Office Manager and was told Mike could come out same day. Mike arrived and diagnosed the issue with the water heater, made a trip to Lowe's for a replacement valve and had the entire job completed start to finish in 1 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend M & M Plumbing!

Thank you M & M Plumbing for your prompt professional service. Mike is definitely the number one plumber to call. Amazing how fast all our repair issues were addressed and repaired. Not only was Mike reliable, reasonable, polite, and knowledgeable; he was extremely neat.

Very good experience, would definitely call Mike again. Very reasonable, and you can tell Mike has a strong work ethic. Reliable and i liked that he has someone (marylou) answering the phones and helping you to arrange the visit, rather than having to leave a voicemail.

Discovered that there was a leak on the connection between the flex hose and the regulator of the stove. Frankly I think it's a small job that I could have done myself but since it involves gas, my preference is to not be blown to smithereens.

Called M & M and a female picked up who (though not extremely rude) certainly could have used a customer service lesson. Didn't have any knowledge of the staff's availability and when I asked if they could do the job after 3pm (didn't have to be a specific time since I can understand it's dependent on how the earlier jobs go), she said I don't know, he'll call you before he comes. WELL that's not entirely helpful considering if he could only show up before 3pm, I was out of a plumber and could have called someone else instead. After pressing further and asking if she could call me in the morning, she said she didn't work Fridays. After asking if she could call the plumber now, she said and I quote ""HE CAN'T BE BOTHERED BY LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS"". Seriously?

Anyways, she ultimately left a note for Mike to call me Friday morning. Mike called at 8am and was extremely cordial and professional. He had a very reasonable hourly rate. Called before he came and completed the job as expected so no complaints there! Would use him again as long as I could bypass his office person.
