Team did not do a half of the work that was promised and took the money for the services they did not performed. Field lines have never been cleaned but they charged thousands of dollars and refused to returned money. It took more than half of the year and a lot of precious time to get money back thru the bank. Company was extremely negligent and rude, not a single apology for the money they robbed. That was on a top of triple charge comparing to other companies.

I paid $10k for services to at should have cost $5k max. They replaced a tank and cleaned a second tank for me. I have never owned or had a septic system serviced before and I had an emergency situation. I believe they took advantage of the situation (emergency and my being ignorant on topi LtC of septic systems and repair/replacement costs). Get a second opinion! When I called for follow up issues, they wanted more money for alleged new problems that were misdiagnosed. The warranty is worthless.

I appreciated Ms andrea getting someone out so quickly to address our concerns. We had no prior experience with a septic tank and Jay was very knowledgeable and professional. Both guys did an outstanding job and most importantly cleaned up and excess mess. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks again.

SHOUT OUT TO MS ROOTER TEAM!!! Kept us well apprised throughout. Very neat work. Much better parts than previous septic tank and pipes. Now there is a manhole for future access. Also, once issue was diagnosed, was a two-day fix as it was a holiday and parts that were required, but they got the house operational so that plumbing could be used. Also, even though they were project v hourly, always showed up in time range promised and I don't think they sat down once or even ate! Really nice and very knowledgeable and conscientious owners and staff.

If you want someone to waste your time then call """"Ms Rooter Septic and Drain"""". They called me on Wednesday to schedule service for Friday after noon. Then they call me Friday to cancel the appointment. They said they would be at my house Saturday morning before 12. No one showed up until 5pm and he didn't even have the truck, he just wanted to see what needed to be done. He told me that they would be at my house first thing Sunday morning. Well guess what, no one showed up or answered their phone. I sat around all weekend waiting and no one showed or called me back. Please do not waste your time with this terrible company. It's Monday morning and I still have not heard from them.

I was also having quite terrible experience with Ms. Rooter. I was ripped off with 3,000 dollar bill for doing simple job for pumping 1,000 gallons of septic tank ( they charged me 400 dollars) and repair of line ( $2,600 dollars). The guys came first and tried to show me the impression that I have big problem with my septic tank system. They said they have to replace the drain line with cost of around $8,000 or they can offer fixing with cost of 3,000 dollars and give me two year warranty. They said repair is also harder job as they dig through my systems. I was watching them doing and it is not as difficult as they sound, with only taking less than 2 hours for completing the work. I later on was billed with different name to Ms. Rooter and has raised dispute requests to my Bank to verify the transaction as the one given me contract with warranty is different with billing company. I am now feeling very depressed as seem spending a big bill for the service with unsure warranty. This guy really ripped our family off !

My aunt hired this company to replace the sewer line for her house. After paying $2800, the sewer is still backed up and she can't use the bathroom. We've tried calling them multiple times and they won't return our calls. Dekalb County came out to do an inspection and it turns out the work done by this company was not up to code. Now, we have no choice but to hire someone else to repair Ms. Rooter's shoddy work. The worst part is my aunt is retired and living off of a limited income. Replacing the sewer line was a huge expense for her; and, now she has to come up with additional money to fix the problem caused by Ms. Rooter's.
