We hired these guys when we renovated our bathroom to replace the branch plumbing as required by our coop board. Emiliano was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My general contractor was also very happy with his service and communication. The fact that they worked so well together, though they'd never met, took the stress off of us. Pricing was reasonable compared with other plumbers I interviewed. Highly recommended.

I have a lousy job left by a previous plumber whom I hired to replace one of our bathroom's shower faucets and a few other stuff. The other things are fixed, yet he leaves the new faucet comes out only with hot water when you turn it on. The handle only could be half turned.
I thought the issue might have been with the new installed faucet itself. Yet the plumber claimed that it was the valves are downstairs. It would cost me an arm and a leg should I beg him to have it fixed.
Since we're in the disagreement, there is no hope for him to finish the job. I immediately called a guy whom he had installed water heater for me a year ago. He showed up but could not figure out what the issue is either.
It scared me, so I decide to go Yelp to see if somebody could extend the hand to help to resolve the headache issue.
Emiliano is the first guy to respond. He is skillful and knowledgeable, knows where the issue is immediately and how to resolve it. Offer is reasonable too. We have the job done under his guidance shortly, I mean with another plumber comes in since he's busy and could not be able to accommodate us to finish the job in the day.
Have had I not have his valuable advice, it might be true that it may cost me a lot as everybody else were like a chicken without head, going here and there yet nowhere...
I'm sorry to see that he didn't go to Mary V's place second time to finish the job. Maybe he's busy and forgot the work. May be, in my opinion that he may feel that if he went there to fix the leak mess, it would be losing money and not worthwhile.
Wake up, Emilio! Such being the case. This is America. Customer service is the most important.
Look at the big picture, once you've done a job and offered your excellent service, customers will give you the best recommendation and bring you with more business.
Think he might have learned and will do a better job next time.

We had an unknown basement leak in our new townhouse. We were unable to diagnosis it and getting desperate. He was responsive - quick - and honest. I will be using him again.

He fixed: sump pump, replaced the bucket of the pump, fixed A/C condenser pump re routed, and fixed outdoor hose busted pipe.

Other things that made him standout-
1. Responded within the hour
2. Scheduled to come out to Westchester ASAP even during weekend
3. Diagnosed the problem and gave me 2 options for solutions - one that was an economical fix and got us out of the active leak situation and a more permanent solution at a very honest price
4. A new leak was discovered and he got that fixed as well

Emiliano replaced a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink but left behind a significant leak. He did not return to remedy the situation despite his assurances. We waited a few weeks and eventually had to call another plumber.

I requested a price quote for fixing a leaking shower on June 4th. No reply from quote request yet!! They are open 24/7 so I don't know why the delay. Yelp says within 24 hours I should get a reply.
