More of a review of the owner than business. Maybe I just interacted with her on a bad day, but Susan was condescending and rude when I made an inquiry about some plumbing my home. It's safe to say that I will not be hiring this company.

Sue (Ms Fix It) was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called her with an emergency issue to repair a leaking toilet valve and she responded immediately. Soon after I had another time-sensitive issue which required replacing an old shower valve. Removing the old valve became a very difficult project, by Sue would not give up on replacing the valve rather than opting to replace the entire valve assembly in the wall behind the tub enclosure. Her perserverance saved me at least $1K in more costly reairs. I can't recommend Ms Fit It highly enough!

Huge thanks to Sue, who responded quickly and fixed our shower leak in minutes. And on a Saturday!! She also kindly agreed to look at another minor bathroom issue, and not only fixed that too, but provided valuable advice about contacting the manufacturer directly to request replacement parts for a deteriorating sink faucet. Will definitely contact her to install the replacements when they arrive, and would definitely recommend her.

She is super attentive, let's you know what she's planning on doing and when (if it's a multiday job) and always tells you if there are certain ways to save more money etc. She first helped us when we had to replace our defunct water heater and now she is helping us design and install a master bathroom in our new dormer addition. Sue came recommend by several people. Had a disposal that was severely leaking and needed replacement. She ended up stopping by on a Sunday to assess the situation and probably spent half an hour looking at some other issues I had - at no charge! Even though she was super busy, she squeezed me in this week which was greatly appreciated since the sink and dishwasher were inoperable until the disposal was replaced. She is very responsive, explains everything, and extremely reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and I'm happy to have found someone I know I can trust to do other plumbing projects in my home.
