They gave me a good deal on my repairs, but that's the only positive thing that came out of it.
I ended up with two new leaks in my roof and he they didn't clean up after themselves.
I had a bunch of tarp nails all over my patio and backyard facing up...I had to clean it up myself because my kids play back there.
And I had 5 bikes, 3 brand new, on my patio and they painted the board with some white paint and the mist from the paint came down on all the bikes.
And lastly, they broke my Birdbath in my front yard and claimed it was ""like that already""
Luckily, I have cameras in my front yard and after showing him the proof, he gave me $30 to buy a new one.
Overall, $1,600 for repairs, 5 bikes ruined from paint, I cleaned up their mess and they broke my birdbath.
Oh, and almost forgot...they left big pile of singles on my roof in the front.

I am incredibly happy with MS Construction. They reroofed my home and they were friendly and reliable, and finished the job in a timely manner. I received three quotes and MS Construction was the most reasonably priced. They cleaned up everyday before leaving the job and left me with a beautiful roof. I am so happy, in fact, that I scheduled them to build my fence. MS Construction are my new go to guys!

I had a roof emergency after the new AC was installed, the shingles were affected and need to be replaced and this wondering worker Miguel was responsive and prompt in assisting our crisis. His fair quote beat a prior estimate who temporarily sealed the roof before the concerns of rainfall the following day. I asked for his business card and told him I would give him a yelp for his exceptional customer service. I would recommend Miguel to other homeowners, he is strong and honest.
