Joe seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He performed the yearly inspection of the unit, and completed the task with little delay. My concern is with M&S in general. Upon arrival, the discussion immediately went to signing upyearly service plan, and potential cost impact if something was wrong. I felt like they had their hand out and it would require several hundred dollars a year for M&S service. Unit was dripping water Thursday. Called early morning Friday and they were here within a few hours.

We brought a 4 million dollar home less than a year ago and M & S Air Conditioning which is a Diamond Installer for Mitsubishi Installed the system. We lived with no AC in our master bedroom for the 1st two months! 4 Warranty calls later they rigged it up to where it just stayed on and you could not control it at all which run up our power bill from $350.00 per Month to just over $700.00 per Month, just when you think it couldn't get worse it did... we had the AC system upstairs break which damaged the surrounding walls and ruined our new hard wood floors, after three more visits they said they fixed the issue and 1 week later the AC System downstairs broke and flooded the ceiling and damaged more walls and the ceiling, after another 2 visits they said they had fixed it however that was not the case because we still could not control the temperature in the house. We finally got sick of the issues and called the Manufacturer which was Mitsubishi and they sent a Mr. Bob Sparks out to our home. It didn't take him long to tell me that this was one of the worse installs he had seen in a long time; we had a Freon leak in a couple of the units, the ductwork was not installed per code, the wire used was the wrong wiring and the quality was absolutely not the standard of a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer and he was going to make sure they never installed another one of their systems again. We are currently getting ready to remove the entire system and reinstall a complete new system, we are getting ready to file a Lawsuit against this Contractor.

M&S will Rob you. They came and replaced A capacitor today. The capacitor was still under warranty, so there was no charge for it. Total Cost $ 290.00. Total time 1/2 hour. I called the Office and spoke to Ryan And he said That """"There are additional factors involved"""". YUP:::: AND THAT IS HOW TO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY THIS IS A WARNING BEWARE OF THIS CO. IF ANYONE NEEDS TO SEE THE INVOICE, ILL BE GLAD TO SHOW YOU.
