Recommended Customer Reviews
Technician was clueless, and was not able to answer any simple questions. He sounded more like a salesman trying to get more business than solve my issue. Just mere talk. Never again.
I wished I had seen some of these review earlier.
The service technician was polite , other than that this company is complete (you know what). Just out there too clean you out. I called them to see is my water heater was repairable. They told me $129 to come out and problem shoot it. No it was $129 to knock on my door, an additional $277 to figure out what's wrong with it and that $277 would come off the price of them fixing it. Then, wanted me to spend more to have them fix what was wrong with it but there is no guarantee that it would correct the issues we were having. $406 to open the panel and tell me rusty water from the iron is getting inside it. He was here for an hour. Then wanted to quote me $9000 for a new one installed. This company is garbage.
Russ A.I was charged $740 to replace four GFI outlets and one outdoor bubble cover . I called around to several other places and found the same work to be half or slightly more than half of what i was charged. I don't mind paying for things that I am not comfortable doing, but I do not expect to be charged double of what the going rate is. On another note, my technician was very knowledgeable and I realize he does not control pricing. Lastly, as a business owner, I rely on referrals and return customers they will not get any from me.
The service was to replace a tank water heater for a tankless. At the time, I had minimal knowledge of tankless water heaters. Rather than bore you with the details, let's just say the sales guy was not very knowledgeable of the products he sold. After a little more research on my part, I realized what he selected for me was not what I ultimately wanted. I had stressed that I wanted a recirculation system that was able to be controlled by a daily timer. The unit I switched over to had that capability. But when the installers arrived, I find out that there was something called a deluxe package that he sold me that did not come with the recirculation feature I wanted. It just seems like the sales guy wasn't listening or did not know enough about his products to be able to understand the feature I was looking for. Plus in my back-and-forth with him over the phone, on several occasions he had promised to get back with me and never did. This had me wondering if he was even looking into my concern and was he ever going to call back.. It's frustrating when you spend so much money and you don't get what you know you asked for. He also tacked on a service package that I didn't ask for. Apparently the Service package was supposed to give me a 5% discount on parts and services, but he already gave me a 5% senior discount for parts and services and you couldn't combine the two discounts for 10%. So he sold me a service package for a discount that I already had for being a senior. So, in the end, after all of my own research on the product, after having to change the order to get exactly what I wanted, the sales guy put in an order that had this deluxe package thing that did not include the one specific item that I wanted from the beginning, the recirculation valve. This whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. I've decided to forgo those annual service visits that I paid for just so I don't have to deal with this company again.
Rebecca S.Workers were great and they came out immediately, but despite sending out a hot water heater repair man on the day we called and then a furnace repair man a few days later (issue is hot water heater), they couldn't say with certainty what's wrong. We haven't had any problems since they came out, but by their own report, they didn't actually do anything. Just took apart various pieces to see if anything was malfunctioning and didn't find any problems. The conclusion they arrived at is that there might not be enough combustible air in our house. Our house was built in the 70's and hasn't had extensive improvements since then. It's definitely not air tight. Anyway, hard to say if I would use them again. Liked the experience interacting with them but we'll see if the hot water heater goes out again.
The best customer service that I've had from a plumber in a long while... THANK YOU JEREMY. It was a bad day when you came and I forgot to tip you.
I need to make an appointment and have much needed work done. I will
request that JEREMY service my call. I give Jeremy and the company 1 MILLION STARS!! .......
Mike L.I called Mrs. Michael because I had a clogged main drain that was causing sewage to back up into the house. I have a local plumber that I normally use but I misplaced his number and need someone out immediately to resolve the issue.
I called around 9am and requested a 150ft cable to snake. They assigned the order and dispatched someone to arrive between 2-8pm. I receive a call a little after 6pm informing h me that the plumber assigned to me doesn't have a 150ft cable but can still come when attempt to resolve the issue with a 75ft cable. by this time all other locations were closed and I couldn't get anyone else to come out. I have a family of seven with a 8 month pregnant wife and we have no facilities to use, so I agree to have him attempt with a 75ft cable.
The plumber gets there and finds that the issue is stemming from the new addition and would need to access the main drain by removing the toilet, snaking the drain and then reinstalling the toilet. The quoted price was around $800. I declined the repair as I know how to remove a toilet and install one and could save $500.
The next day I call my normal plumber to see if he can come out after I remove the toilet. He proceeded to tell me that either the plumber is new/inexperienced or he is trained to increase prices to make more money. The local plumber came over and snaked the drain from the vent on the roof with the same 75ft cable and resolved the issue for $175. I paid Mrs Michael $90 to do essentially nothing other than tell me what I already knew.
Very friendly plumbers. I met with Micheal initially and he answered all of my concerns. Within a few days Wes came to complete the work. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. This shower has never worked as well as it does today!!
If I could give less than a start I would. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS. They don't answer communications. They don't follow-up on their services. They take your money and without providing any services. They are currently being sued because in the past 10 years they have had to change their name/franchise multiple times....wonder why?!? LOL
I have tried to get ahold of them over 20 different times in the past 30 days and nothing. No phones calls back, no returned emails....nothing. SMH

Erik L.I had used Ben Franklin and found it to be very expensive. However, the cut ties with the Ben Franklin franchise. So I thought I would give them a try. I was very impressed with the time of response, the workmanship and also the price. I was very happy with work and will not hesitate to use Mrs.Michael again.
