I called Mr. Young's for a hose bib repair/install. Robert arrived, determined the issue, went a got the needed part and returned and was able to repair the same day! They are great and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

We had an awesome experience with Eddie and William from Mr. Young's Plumbing. They were very professional, and fixed most of our plumbing problems. They did find a larger problem than expected, but are returning to fix everything just perfect! They were great!

Both toilets backed up and it was July 4th weekend. Another company said they could come by on Monday. The situation couldn't sit until Monday. Was directed to go thru Mr Young sw Kim, she was very professional and courteous. Was given a window of 11-4 and plumber showed up promptly at 11a. Spoke with Eric and then Robert brought the 'snake' to take care of backup. I 100% recommend the company and will be reaching out to them for any plumbing issues. It's refreshing to deal with a company, that the owner and employees show that you as a customer are valued.

They were sent out though my warranty company, and everyone was wonderful! From the office person to the tech. They arrived when they said they would and did the work. The tech explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I will be only using this company from now on! Thank you!

DISREPUTABLE! Do not use this company. They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater. He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and "replace everything". He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to "fix" my hot water heater. I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone. My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced "fixed" the problem...NADA!

SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a "well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines"? Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send his ass back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!! BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else? REALLY??? Because the warranty company won't pay you again? Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!

If you look at the other reviews on Google you will see that he will not show up if your repair is dispatched by a home warranty company. The professional thing to do would be to let the warranty company know that you are not interested in doing business with their customers but instead Mr. Youngs plumbing chooses to string people along and not show up or even return calls. If that is the kind of business professional you want in your home call Mr. Youngs plumbing is the company for you.

Used them last week. Friendly tech.-- They called within the last 5 minutes of the time window they gave me to say he was on his way. Seemed honest and knowledgeable. Appreciated his help and advice.
