My laundry room sink overflowed after doing a load of laundry this weekend. I tried everything that has usually worked for me in the past, but no luck this time, so I knew I needed to call a professional. I have used the ""big name"" company in the past but they are expensive, so I decided to look for a ""local little guy"", and I'm glad I did. I called Mr. Unclog on a Sunday night and left a message, and they got back to me immediately. It was not an emergency, so we agreed on an appointment time on Monday morning. Bayo came over and within an hour my sink was draining like new. Very nice guy, polite and professional, and explained in advance exactly what he was doing. His charges were reasonable for services rendered. He treated my house like it was his house, which is the highest compliment I can give. I hope I never have to call him again, but if I ever do have another plumbing problem, he will be the first one I call. You should too.

Bayo came by on very short notice on a Saturday. We were having an issue with the kitchen sink not draining properly. He explained the issue throughly and walked us through the most cost-effective solutions. Overall I feel he was very trustworthy and professional. He will be my go-to guy from now on and I would highly recommend using his services.

i got a call from one of my tenants and knew it was not her telling me how handsome i am cause i know how stunning i am but no its her telling me that the toilet has been clogged for 2 days and the useless super told her he cant fixed clogged sinks or toilets until saturday which means we must call a plumber which will be costly . my lovely tenant (she always pays the rent on time) told me about mr unclog and the made the call on her behave. the gentleman who i assume is the boss told me that he could come over at 2pm which is ok but neither my tenant or i will be there but i was able to get my buddy to be there and let him in. while i was on the phone with me friend i could hear the tech tell him that he had to use a machine called a snake and was fairly sure that would fix the clog for good. after doing his job for about 20 minutes or so my buddy called me to tell me its all fixed and the whole job including service call was less then 200 bucks . a few flushes to make sure there is no more clog and mr unclog is on his merry way. mr unclog gave my buddy some advice to avoid future clogs and its very simple advice, no paper towels in toilet , no cat litter , no feminine napkins, no cotton balls, no food including the liquid kind , nothing but just toilet paper .thank you mr unclog for your service and advice .

I had an issue with a bath drain clogged. Browsed Yelp and found Mr Unclog. Called the number and spoke with Bayo the owner . He listened to the problem, and gave me pricing. But then he did the unexpected - he offered a tip on how to clear the clog myself - without having to spend $$ on his services. That impressed me.
What I tried didn't work so I had to call back the next day. He responded promptly. He came into my home put booties on and took care not to make a mess. Cleared the stoppage in a few minutes. He then even took the time to look at a leaking toilet ( he noticed it without me asking !) and gave me another tip how to stop the leak. This guy was professional , sincere and prideful of his trade- I will never call another drain service again !

I worked for a couple hours trying to unclog my waste line in my basement. Tried a snake and also a water pressure drain bladder. Neither would clear my line. I called Mr. Unclog for help and Byos arrived less than 30 mins later to do the job. First off he was very friendly and professional! Secondly he was happy to explain the process as he was working. He ultimately pulled a bunch of roots out of the line and cleared the clog. He is wasn't finished yet though. He used his camera and monitor to show me what was going on inside the pipe. He determined what material pipe we had and also some other potential problematic roots that were cut back for now but could return. He then put another blade of his snake and cleared out whatever existing roots there were left behind. Finally one final camera run and we were done. My drain was cleared!

I will certainly be using Mr. Unclog if and when I have any other issues. He did mention some other options and services they offer which can eliminate any future problems. He wasn't your typical doom and gloom contractor who tries to sell you on some big job.. he was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Mr Unclog rocks! I called Bayo Sunday morning of a three day weekend as a new customer. He called back within an hour, and showed up a short time later. He has all the newest equipment, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and removed the clog. I was expecting the customary Sunday service bill and premium associated with it. His prices are reasonable and worth every dollar he charged me. I am never calling anyone else for a clogged drain and neither should you. He is personable, knowledgeable and a great technician.
