Scheduling was an easy and pleasant experience. The scheduler even called to let me know that Mark would arrive early. When ""Mark"" arrived he went right to it. He was pleasant, personable, he listened to our concerns. Mark didn't stop until he found the leak, he explained what/where it was, how he would go about repairs, then gave us options on how to proceed. We never felt pressured. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub replaced today. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours. Oh, did I mention that the price was very reasonable?! In the past two weeks, we had two plumbers come out who wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the repairs in my bathroom...Really!
I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for reliability, professionalism, personable, reasonable, and a never give up attitude. You guys are the BEST!! Saying bye-bye to those ""other"" plumbers. For good.

I would definitely recommend! They fixed my Kohler skirted toilet in a quick and efficient manner. They followed COVID protocols and were very polite and respectful. If you have any problems with your toilet, give them a call!

Totally recommend Mr. Tubs. Everything worked great in getting a new hot water heater replaced. Price was super fair as I searched for a week or so looking for good company, fair price, etc. I was referred to Mr. Tubs by a neighbor, which was referred to by another neighbor and now I'm referring to other neighbors. The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren't moving from the area, we'd keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

Really nice guys and great plumbers. We recently bought a house that had been vacant two years. The sellers had to replace several corroded plumbing fixtures before the close, and when our shower and sink didn't work right we thought for sure they needed to be replaced too. Mike and Dan took them both apart, oiled them up, and got them running like new. Saved us a fortune.

Amazing service! I had a hybrid water heater installed and they followed all of the instructions to the letter. While other contractors that I have used before often take shortcuts when they do installations, they use high quality parts and make sure that everything is complete according to the manufacturer specifications. They even double checked with the manufacturer directly on a part that was unclear in the installation guidelines. They are also very flexible on scheduling and showed up at the exact time they said they would. They are, quite possibly, the most professional service that I have used across all contractors period!

Recently bought a house in South Philly. I have used Mr. Tubs a couple of times for various repairs including replacing the main drainage pipe in my basement which had some slow leaks. They do an excellent job every time. Very responsive, show up on time, knowledgeable, great prices, work quickly, and clean up when they are done. Can't ask for anything more. Did a wonderful job fixing a few items at my place: I had busted sink pipes, a broken tub handle, and a worn out flushing mechanism. They worked on my place while I was off the property. I wouldn't have even known anyone was there except that all of my problems were fixed! Everything was replaced with a new and improved part that fit with the original aesthetics. They were able to get me in quickly, and my problems are all completely resolved after their short visit. Thank you!!!
