The receptionist, Stephanie was knowledgeable and calming and very clear about pricing and expectations. She scheduled us for a time with two plumbing specialists and they arrived promptly. They were familiar with the job needs when they came onsite and adapted to minor nuances as necessary. Dan & Mark were both courteous and respectful. Mark worked efficiently and silently and went above and beyond with our expectations. If we weren't moving from the area, we'd keep them in our phone book for each and every call, big or small!

Really nice guys and great plumbers. We recently bought a house that had been vacant two years. The sellers had to replace several corroded plumbing fixtures before the close, and when our shower and sink didn't work right we thought for sure they needed to be replaced too. Mike and Dan took them both apart, oiled them up, and got them running like new. Saved us a fortune.

Amazing service! I had a hybrid water heater installed and they followed all of the instructions to the letter. While other contractors that I have used before often take shortcuts when they do installations, they use high quality parts and make sure that everything is complete according to the manufacturer specifications. They even double checked with the manufacturer directly on a part that was unclear in the installation guidelines. They are also very flexible on scheduling and showed up at the exact time they said they would. They are, quite possibly, the most professional service that I have used across all contractors period!

Recently bought a house in South Philly. I have used Mr. Tubs a couple of times for various repairs including replacing the main drainage pipe in my basement which had some slow leaks. They do an excellent job every time. Very responsive, show up on time, knowledgeable, great prices, work quickly, and clean up when they are done. Can't ask for anything more. Did a wonderful job fixing a few items at my place: I had busted sink pipes, a broken tub handle, and a worn out flushing mechanism. They worked on my place while I was off the property. I wouldn't have even known anyone was there except that all of my problems were fixed! Everything was replaced with a new and improved part that fit with the original aesthetics. They were able to get me in quickly, and my problems are all completely resolved after their short visit. Thank you!!!

Integrity. Honesty. Isn't that what we all want in a plumber?
I contacted Matt on a tip from a friend of a friend. He replied and we had a conversation about our problem. I needed a new specialized pump and the total cost labor and parts was going to be about 1800. He ordered the part and came in over the weekend to install it because he was going to be going on vacation. We were away for the weekend, so after letting him in- alone in my house- he discovered the pump we had was still working! He walked away from a potential big money maker and just charged us his service fee. He could have said that pump was truly broken and I would never have been the wiser. I will never use another plumber. He has my business and my recommendation for life.

Plumber Matt came to my house, we reviewed work needed in detail (dishwasher hook up), gave me a verbal quote, sent another plumber to do the job and then sent me a bill in the mail for more than twice what he quoted me. He did not respond to my protest about price, in the end I paid the bill. Hook up leaks!!!
