My bathroom toilet got plugged and I had company for the weekend so this work order needed to happen that Friday night. This business owner was the ONLY company who would give me a starting price quote for AFTER HRS, service call. I called ~ 5 different companies and no other plumbing business would give a starting quote. They each keep telling me once their service technician was in my home and assess the job, then they will give me a price for service. Please - its a plugged toilet - how hard can it be to give a baseline service quote which is exactly what Mr. Speedy did. I knew it could be more once the technician was here in my bathroom, yet at least I knew what the $ starting point was. That made a huge difference.

I returned my call to Mr. Speedy because he assure me what the initial starting cost was going to me and he also confirmed that my toilet problem could get repaired and working that same night. His technician Joey arrived, asked a few questions, checked other near by water lines and within 30 mins, had everything working fine and was promptly paid. And such a reasonable cost. I would easily use this same company again and highly recommend them.

Had a clogged up stink really bad smell. Dean came out to quickly assess the situation, it wasn't a clogged sink it was a bad garbage disposal. Put in a new one in 12 minutes, I was impressed. Friendly and great prices, thank you so much.

We had a leaky bathroom sink and the tech Joe was extremely friendly, came quickly, and fixed the problem promptly. The rates were reasonable as well.
