Mr. Speedy Plumbing

Mr. Speedy Plumbing is expensive and has overcharged me on two separate occasions. Most recently their bill was almost 50% over their estimate. The plumber bought expensive parts (which he marked up 50%) and then installed them before consulting me, leaving me little recourse but to pay the over inflated bill.

I suppose I could have refused and only paid the estimate, but who wants that kind of hassle?

Owner is fair and the service rep was honest and gave his best. Accepts cash or check (maybe credit?)
