After hearing advice from friends and family ""try X product - it works every time!"" or ""call my buddy So & So, he knows about plumbing stuff"", I decided to call a pro for our washer drain issue. I called and spoke with Brenda and she gave a fair estimate over the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the very next day. A nice guy came over the following day, snaked the drain and was in and out in less than an hour, and paid slightly under the initial estimate. Great news!
