I called Mr. Sewer Rooter to give me an estimate for a new drainage system in my yard. Robert came on Thursday, May 14th and looked at my property. He said he will have an estimate for me next day or latest on Monday. I didn't received anything on Monday. I called the company and they told me they will have an estimate the next day which was Tuesday. Today is Friday, the May 22nd and I still don't have any estimate. I just followed up with the company and the person who answered the phone said she will remind Robert to send me the estimate. Why would you waste someone's time to come and never give the estimate? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

As a new homeowner, I had no context for how to approach our sewer root problems. I had 3 different companies provide estimates. Robert was the only one who was straightforward and organized. He provided one of the rarest things in my search, his honest opinion. After being hired, they took care of permits, came out and did the work professionally. The crew was courteous. They cleaned up all the mess at the end. They communicated well with billing and arrival times. I'll be keeping their number for my future plumbing needs.

Robert and his crew replaced several sewer lines from our home to the city connection. The job required exposing the sewer line joint connections which involved digging several large holes and removing and replacing carefully placed pavers. The team worked 4 days with fine attention to quality. I hand it to the crew for working tirelessly to make sure the pavers looked as good as when they were removed. Robert's office staff is a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, we won't require sewer work again. However, if we do, we're calling Mr. Sewer Rooter.

Robert came out to my older home in Glendale, and he and his team quickly diagnosed the problem. This was no easy task, given the age of the home, and the largely illogical lay-out of the main line as it traversed and disappeared under complex hardscape. Robert and his team tracked the trajectory of the main line using a camera and transponder, and then presented various options on-site to remediate the problem. They also installed a new clean-out so that future maintenance and diagnosis would be easier. Robert and Henry arrived on time for the work, and they were extremely diligent in solving the issue in a timely fashion.

My best friend from childhood owned a plumbing company for many years, and so I am very familiar with plumbing-related issues, and the bad rap that plumbing companies can often receive. As an attorney by trade, I also place a high value on professionalism and communciation.

Robert was exceptionally professional and forthright. He was also extremely communicative throughout the entire process and deferential to my family's finances under the circumstances. His quote for the proposed work was extremely reasonable. I give Robert and his team the highest, unqualified vote of confidence, and I will absolutely utilize them for future plumbing-related services.

We are redesigning our back yard and tearing up about 60% of the square footage and thought this would be a good time to check out the main sewer line for the home (our sewer goes thru the backyard to an alley). Called in 4 services to get an understanding of the situation and their fixes. A couple just quoted for jack hammer and replace. Two of them quoted for the pipe liner (obviously, a better choice). Robert came out and spend a good amount of time going over the project with me including a clean out at the back of the yard for my RV. After the concrete etc from the back yard was removed, we scheduled Mr SewerRooter. They dug in right away and took care of business. As in all projects, a couple of turns came up, but all were navigated and the project completed. We are Happy with the results and the price was competitive. Thanks Robert and his Crews!

Nothing like ending the year with sewer line clog and nasty back up all over the drive way!! Originally we had somebody else come clear the line but needed further work. With some search we came across Mr. Sewer Rooter. Robert took the time to to talk and discuss possible issues and had a team of guys ready to come the next day! Not only did his guys do exactly as discussed Robert was there on the job to throughly explain and show us what the problem was. He and his team was nothing but professional and we will definitely be using Mr. Sewer Rooter for the work that needs to be done.

We bought a home and found a major sewer leak. We were recommended to Mr. Sewer Rooter by the sewer line inspector we hired. We could not be happier with their professionalism, customer service, quality work and very fair and reasonable pricing. Don't waste time looking for another company. If you need sewer work, these guys are teh best. BTW, this is my second review ever on Yelp and I am happy to post it. Great companies need recognition.

This is a great company! They came out and was actually early for the appointment. They solved the problem and was very reasonable. I would gladly use them again. I've had several people cancel on me. But, this company was great!
