Adam came out on a Sunday to look at a garden tub drain clog that I thought I had tried everything to fix. He was intelligent and easygoing and just said ""let me show you a pluming hack"". Filled up the tub with water, ran water in the sink and shower and flushed the toilet. I was stunned when the clog loosened! It took 15 minutes. He never got out a tool or charged me! Hands down the best service call I have ever had over years of homeownership. I would use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them. They are honest and affordable and know their stuff!

The plumber, David, was great. He was friendly, polite, covered his shoes and got the job done. I just have issues with your price. I know I paid about $100 too much even though it was during normal business hours, but I couldn't get anyone else out before the weekend. I'd rather use a company that charges fairly during regular business hours and tacks on extra for evenings and weekends.

We had a backed up drain at a house where we don't live full time and we dodn't know a plumber in the area so we called these guys based on the other positive reviews. They said they could have someone out to the house in about 30 minutes. David arrived shortly after I called and he determined that roots had grown into the pipe. He spent about 2 hours (maybe longer) grinding the roots out of the line. He cut out and pulled up enough roots from the drain to make a clump as big as a soccer ball. His equipment took a little damage because the roots were so large. He kept at it, though, and finally got everything working perfectly again. Really nice guy and a hard worker. I'll definitely use them again.

Richard and Mr Rooter were thorough, honest, hardworking, and went out of their way to make everything right, There are a LOT of scam artists out there, and not licensed - we were so relieved to find this team after buying an old house with a lot of issues.
