The initial work was effective, $365 for a clogged bathtub drain. However, their person broke our bathtub stopper while doing this work. When he came back to fix this issue, later that day they sent us an unsolicited bid to replace the entire system he had broken then fixed. Fast forward, he meets at our house with a potential buyer regarding roots in the sewer pipe and tells them he recommended repairs that we refused to make! In my opinion, based on my experience, this company engages in predatory sales practices and will stop at nothing to trick people into spending more money. I wish we had never let them in our house!

I called due to a clogged main sewer line that resulted in sewage flooding my bath tub. The plumber that came out to fix it took one look at the cleanout and told me it would be about $530 to fix after tax. I decided to get a second opinion of a different company who did more than just look at the cleanout. They found out that not only was the main sewer line clogged, but pipes in my home were clogged too. Long story short, I got the whole problem fixed for a lot cheaper than Mr. Rooter would have charged for just cleaning the main sewer line. They were friendly and professional, but seemed to want to charge an arm and a leg for bare minimum work.

600 dollars to remove toilet paper from a clogged sewer drain when come to find out everyone else in town charges 150-200. What a rip off. I'm not hurting for money or anything but you guys are truly ripping people off. The guy did maybe a half hours work while the other half hour was trying to sell me some stupid yearly plan for 100 dollars. I believe I was taken advantage of and will be contacting the better business bureau

Be very cautious about this company. Called them yesterday to come unplug two toilets a shower and tub and after 7 hours someone finally showed up and gave an estimate of over $900 and said they were not prepared to do the job now. Declined service at that time and called someone else who did the job for $64 including tax. Also had another experience with them, my neighbor needed a couple of themostats changed in her water heater (she is 80 years old). I told her that I found them at Lowes for $25 each but she had already scheduled Mr. Rooter and he charged her over $400 to change these out. A new water heater would have only cost $350 so they totally took advantage of her and when I confronted them on the phone they said they charge everyone the same. Shame on them!!!

I felt my service prompt; Jason arrived in less than 2 hours from my initial call. He was very honest and upfront with diagnostic of the problem and I felt highly skilled with the job at hand. I will definitely be using this company again (if needed)

I called on Saturday over Memorial Day weekend because I had sewage spilling out of my front yard. I told them I thought I might have a broken pipe, but I wasn't sure. They told me they couldn't get me scheduled until Tuesday when their scheduler gets back. I asked them about their emergency services because their site advertises it. I was told again that they were not around. Why answer the phone on the weekend if you can't provide these services? I had another plumber come out and they found a clean out in my front yard where the sewage was spilling out and a clog just past it. Received a call finally on Tuesday at 2:30 in the afternoon from Mr. Rooter after the problem was fixed. Not very helpful in emergency situations.

Called them at 8pm with an emergency stoppage. They arrived at 1pm the next day. Now I'm not positive...but I'm pretty sure that 575.00 for a rooter service is a bit more (ok..alot more) than reasonable. I talked to a local guy later and he said he would have charged 70.00. So yeah...dont use these conartists!

I have some apartments in Kelso. I called this company to come out and jet a sewer line for me, when I asked them what the base price would be they would not tell me. They said they would send someone out and they would give an onsite quote, that is how you get ripped off especially when they know you need the service immediately. I called someone else and they had a minimum cost with 2 hours of labor with the jet. I own my own company and know that anyone can give you a minimum rate
