Jeremy Hicks came out on short notice to solve a sewer backup problem that was caused by old drain line being plugged by ,massive root invasion of sewer line close to city connect. This eventually required Hydro Scrub and an additional man. Jeremy stuck to this complicated task nearly all day requiring some tough physical exertion. He explained everything to us. Had an issue with a drain backing up in our basement. Technician Joe Harney came out. Joe did an amazing job unclogging the drain and also providing helpful ideas on how to try to prevent the drain from clogging again in the future. Really happy with Mr. Rooter's service.

We have a newer home on well water. We've noticed in the last few months that our hot water pressure has been getting worse and worse. Sent an email request to Mr. Rooter who called within 15 minutes!!! Mr Rooter could have gotten us on the schedule sooner, but our schedule was hectic so they put us on a wait list for the afternoons. They were able to come out and Mr Mike Lindsey quickly identified what he thought was the problem. He was extremely thorough. He gave honest advice and information regarding some other issues we've also had. 10 out of 10! Would definitely recommend Mr Rooter and especially Mr Mike Lindsey again. Bonus, when he left we discovered he had wiped down all the dust on the well pressurization tank.

Jason Martin was very perfessional I will highly recommend Mr rooter to family and friends. Very fast and clean job.

Do not be fooled!! Mr. Rooter Plumbing advertises 24 hour/emergency plumbing; but, when you call they do not have the man power to send someone out when you have the actual emergency. So, when you call them in a crises, answer their questions like ""how did you hear about us"" they advise the first available appointment they have is when they open on the next business day. They basically market themselves to be called for emergency situations in hope your needs can wait until the next business day. I found a REAL emergency plumber there is 20 minutes without the bait and switch.

I called this company because my toilet had clogged twice in a week after doing my best to stop the clogs (using various techniques) and didn't know what else to do. They were prompt with their turn around time and sent out Jason Belcher the same day I called. Kudos to them for this.

Jason arrived at the beginning of the window they gave me that afternoon and was very friendly and professional the whole time. He did a few tests to see if the clog was in my toilet or down further and couldn't reproduce the issue. After some discussion and camera use, he said he can't recommend a service at this point and to call back if it continues to happen. At that point he'd do some more serious work. He left after chatting some more and didn't charge me since this was a courtesy call.

There are plenty of other businesses that would have charged me just for the drive over and time spent, and he could have done this, but didn't. I'm really grateful and would recommend him and this company to anyone needing someone to look at the plumbing without getting gouged. Thanks so much Jason!

This is a tough one, because of all the places we searched, this was definitely the most expensive. That being said, the customer service was amazing. Their response time was fast and they came within a couple hours. They went above and beyond and were very up front about their costs. They did terrific work and backed it up with warranty. But, like I said, they were by far the most expensive company.

Mr. Rooter put a camera through our whole septic system, even to look through the areas that weren't even a problem. It was all a blessing in disguise, because we found damage in our pipes that we would never have found. It's things like that that will make me want to work with Mr. Rooter again. I was just bummed when we paid our bill.

If you can afford it, I would go with Mr. Rooter.

We've had some back ups of the drains that lead from the gutters to the street, so we called Mr. Rooter and Jason Belcher came out. He really went the extra mile for us in diagnosing a rather puzzling drain system and opening up one that had been obstructed by some roots. We have a much better idea now of what we're dealing with going forward so it was good education as well as service. Thanks Jason!

We want to take this opportuhnity to express how impressed that we were with the professional service that we received from Josh and Brian in regards to what was a real problem at our home.
Late on Thursday , August 10, we heard water running. We could not identify where the sound was coming from but after looking everywhere, we determined that the situation required professional attention. Realizing that it was late on Friday afternoon and that it was going to be a challenge to find someone to help us, we immediately began calling various plumbing companies in our area. After almost an hour of calling with no success, we came on to Mr. Rooter. The person taking our call treated it as urgent and promptly did was they could to find a serviceman that would be available to help us. After having had no success calling others looking for help, we were really impressed by the sincere attention that was paid to our situation.
Soon thereafter we were told that someone would be contacting us within the hour. That is exactly what happened. Josh Davison called us and advised that he was finishing up a job and would be at our house as soon as he could. Josh arrived 45 minutes later. He turned off the water from the street. We were highly impressed by Josh's professionalism. He asked specific questions and immediately move forward to diagnose the problem. Soon he was under the house (a very small crawl space) checking every possible spot where there could be a leak. He emerged 15 minutes later with a confident assessment of the situation. We had a connection that had failed.
Josh was respectful, intelligent, professional and clear about what needed to happen in order to get the problem fixed. Again, realizing that now we were into early evening on Friday, Josh moved quickly to call Mr. Rooter headquarters to find who might be able to connect with us and fix the problem. Brian H. from Mr. Rooter connected with us on Friday, came over and further validated Josh's assessment of the situation and outlined us on what our options were. We explained that not having water was really an unfun reality for us. Brian was able to organize his schedule to come out on Saturday to fix the problem. Brian said that he could be at our house between 11:30 and 12:00. He arrived at 11:50 am. We were really impressed because it is very rare, nowadays, that people are on time. This demonstrates professionalism and respect for the customer.
In conclusion, we want to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Rooter of Portland/Vancouver and both Josh and Brian for the attention to our real problem and the professional service provided.

We just moved into a new house in Camas that had a host of plumbing issues. We got a recommendation from the sellers to use Mike Lindsey. He surprisingly came within an hour of the call. Great guy, very knowledgeable and fixed all our problems at a reasonable price the same day.
