We called Mr. Rooter after moving back to the area ( we are now in Camas). We had used them prior when we lived in Salmon Creek area 6+ years ago many times. We always had excellent service!

This time was no exception! They responded quickly and sent out an amazing technician!

We were very pleased with the professional, helpful, and knowledgeable technician, Atreyu! He diagnosed and checked/adjusted our water heater, a bathroom sink pipe and installed a new kitchen faucet as ours had failed.

All in all, excellent service! We will call Mr. Rooter Vancouver every time we need plumbing assistance!

2 years ago they came out on Christmas Eve and installed a new hot water tank!
Today a pressure valve failed and they were here on a Sunday!

Kitchen drained clogged. Called Mr. Rooter and received excellent same day service. Riko the service technician, explained the options and pricing. He then Hydro-jetted the drain and cleaned up afterwards. Service was superb!

Justin was the specialist that came out to my property. He was fantastic!
Mr. Rooter picked up the phone quickly and they had someone over to my house within an hour. They described everything that they were going to do and then gave me a quote. They were very transparent in their communication and provided additional information so I understood the big picture.
I had them do the work same day. They were able to clear the drain and now water is flowing.
I will definitely use them in the future as this was a fantastic experience.

After working on a slow drain at our kitchen sink, wasting quite a bit of time and money on Drain Cleaners, I decided to get someone out to clean the drain for us. I found Mr. Rooter on my phone. I read few reviews and gave them a call. They were easy to work with on the phone and we had a confirmed appointment about 2 hours later. When the technician (Tim Brown) arrived, we talked about the problem, and he suggested that it would be best to power wash the drain to clear the obstruction once and for all. Tim gave us a price and we agreed to have him do the work. About 2 hours later we had a clear drain. Tim was great, taking care not to make a mess and he told us what he was doing and seeing throughout the process. We are very happy to have found Mr. Rooter. Thank you, Tim!!

Mr Rooter plumbing was suggested by the water damage mitigation company we used. Once called the technician was at our door within the hour, on a Saturday. Michael Risoldi was very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He cut and capped a leaking CPVC line to our tub faucet and then came back on a return visit to install a new faucet and compete the repair at the advice of our insurance adjuster. He was also helpful in pointing out things like a broken water meter lid (which the city came out and fixed) and how our shower fixtures aren't considered code anymore due to how old our home is. Although the quotes did seem high, the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again!

Very impressed with our service today. Devin is exceptional at customer service. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.

It turns out our foster son had put a chop stick down the drain which caused some problems. We had a good laugh and Devin was able to give us a quote for other work we need done.

Based on the way this interaction went, we will definitely be using Mr. Rooter Vancouver again!
