We had a water-flood issue early on a Sunday morning (daylight savings day no less!!) and called in a panic. They had a live person answer our call and reassure us that we would have a live body come diagnose our issue within the hour.
We were informed that we wouldn't be charged extra despite the weekend, the early hour - and/or the day light savings time inconvenience. In fact, no matter what.... It would always ""only"" be the regular base charge.
They took care of us. We are extremely relieved and thankful. Very good service for a reasonable fee.

We have had to have plumbers come out a few times in the last year due to a number of projects that needed to be done as well as some emergency work.

All the plumbers from Mr. Rooters who came to service our home treated as with respect and die a amazing job.

They took the time to listen to the issues we described and provided a solution that would solve the problem without trying to add on work that was not needed at that time.

Excellent experience with this company for our home. From the dispatcher lady named Rose, who has a great personality and is so helpful, to the plumber named Atreyu that came out to the house. They communicate very well and contact you to let you know when they're coming. They accommodated us with rescheduling difficulties on our end, and it was great.The plumber was on time, professional, polite and pleasant. He identified our problem immediately, at no charge! this is because our plumbing issue was minor. But after I accidentally flaked on them, and I rescheduled with them a couple of times. They were still so pleasant and still didn't charge us. They are an honest company, and I would definitely use them again.

We called Mr. Rooter after moving back to the area ( we are now in Camas). We had used them prior when we lived in Salmon Creek area 6+ years ago many times. We always had excellent service!

This time was no exception! They responded quickly and sent out an amazing technician!

We were very pleased with the professional, helpful, and knowledgeable technician, Atreyu! He diagnosed and checked/adjusted our water heater, a bathroom sink pipe and installed a new kitchen faucet as ours had failed.

All in all, excellent service! We will call Mr. Rooter Vancouver every time we need plumbing assistance!

Anyone needing help with a plumbing problem you can not go wrong with MR. ROOTER PLUMBING!
2 years ago they came out on Christmas Eve and installed a new hot water tank!
Today a pressure valve failed and they were here on a Sunday!
Technician was very efficient and pleasant!
NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR WEEK ENDS AND HOLIDAYS!

Kitchen drained clogged. Called Mr. Rooter and received excellent same day service. Riko the service technician, explained the options and pricing. He then Hydro-jetted the drain and cleaned up afterwards. Service was superb!

Justin was the specialist that came out to my property. He was fantastic!
Mr. Rooter picked up the phone quickly and they had someone over to my house within an hour. They described everything that they were going to do and then gave me a quote. They were very transparent in their communication and provided additional information so I understood the big picture.
I had them do the work same day. They were able to clear the drain and now water is flowing.
I will definitely use them in the future as this was a fantastic experience.

After working on a slow drain at our kitchen sink, wasting quite a bit of time and money on Drain Cleaners, I decided to get someone out to clean the drain for us. I found Mr. Rooter on my phone. I read few reviews and gave them a call. They were easy to work with on the phone and we had a confirmed appointment about 2 hours later. When the technician (Tim Brown) arrived, we talked about the problem, and he suggested that it would be best to power wash the drain to clear the obstruction once and for all. Tim gave us a price and we agreed to have him do the work. About 2 hours later we had a clear drain. Tim was great, taking care not to make a mess and he told us what he was doing and seeing throughout the process. We are very happy to have found Mr. Rooter. Thank you, Tim!!
