I can't believe I paid it, but I was charged over $900 to unclog a small residential bathroom sink line. I had already removed the plastic j-bend and connecting piping but didn't have the tool to remove a stuck wall penetration fitting. The plumber replaced the stuck fitting and snaked the line. He also snaked the shower drain line.

It was easy an easy job and only took 2 hours. I was charged about $250 for the 3 ABS plastic fittings he supplied. The rest was labor. He apologized for the high price and blamed it on ""INFLATION"". $450 an hour is outrageous.

For what little was done $100/hour is high but tolerable. That's what they can do to save their goodwill and public image.

We live in a very old but beautiful house that unfortunatly has sewer issues. Mr. Scotty comes out and completely jets it for us and fixes it for up to a year. He is great help and fast and thoural! He explains the issues and the problem and what is only best to do. He offers what coupons he has avaliable as well. He is nice and polite and very easy to talk to as well. I would have never gone with anyone else.

Tech came out for a blocked drain, within an hour of being called. Cleared blockage quickly and efficiently. Same drain blocked again that evening. Techs we're out again quickly the next morning. This time there was a rat (drowned) in the drain! Techs could have legitimately charged for the second call since it was unrelated to the first episode, but charged us nothing "" because we were just here yesterday! Mr. Rooter has been out go-to for this kind of problem for years and will continue to be!

I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday and took the day off work to be there i called the company at 4:30 to see if I still had a plumber coming out. the lady on the phone said they called me twice and left a voicemail very funny that I have no missed calls or voicemails... the lady on the phone was very rude and wouldn't even listen to me all she would say is that i can reschedule or have them call Thursday to see if they have any spots open.

Thank you thank you thank you!! 2 days before Christmas and the day an ice storm is about to hit the area our water heater goes out. They were so nice and so helpful and came out so quickly. Fixed within an hour and hooray we have hot water again. Kind of expensive but no time to shop around. The plumber was very nice and so helpful, he did a great job. Thank you again
