I scheduled to have my bathroom sink pop drain fixed as it is leaking. First off I scheduled and they said there is no fee for them to come and assess issue. Then another call came and said that they do charge a service fee of $89. They then sent the first plumber to come. She said there is no leak, she did a ""flood test"" twice and there is no leak. This is despite me telling her there is a leak that is why I called you. So she went and charged me the $90 and told me that one of the plumbing pipe was not done the right way (not causing any issues) and if I want that fixed. I said we will pass for now as it is not broken. I went to check the sink again after just running the water for a few seconds and there it is...I see the leak.

So I called and informed them that if they charge me $90 that someone need to come again and reasses the leak. They made a call to the first plumber that came and they called me back and asked, ""Do you want the plumbing pipe fixed?"". I said No, all I want fixed is the leaking pop drain and not something else that is not causing any
Problem.

I asked if they can send another person to look at it. The second time around, a very professional person Brian Buelt came with his apprentice. They wore booties to protect the floor which the first person did not. They went straight to work and fixed the problem. He did not charge me anything. Im so glad they fixed the issue and not waste my time w other stuff that I dont need.

Disappointed w the person answering their calls/schedules. Why is she asking me to get something else done that is working perfectly when in fact they have not even answered diagnosed and addressed the leak issue I am calling them for.

This company is awesome! I just moved here from AZ and discovered I needed gutter drains cleared. Mr Rooter scheduler was pleasant, patient and professional on the phone. Prompt response. Extra kudos to Scottie who graciously explained all the idiosyncrasies of an Oregon home. They'll definitely be my go-to company for all future needs.

I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel on a Sunday afternoon, when a plumbing emergency struck (well, TWO emergencies). Not the best day of the week to have a plumber come out, especially last minute. Every open business turned me down, except Mr Rooter. Tucker (I believe) showed up about a half hour later, diagnosed the issues, gave me an estimate, and went to work. He was awesome, and a total life saver. Because of Mr Rooter, we were able to turn the main water line back on, and now we can install the new toilet. Cost wise it didn't seem like anything out of the ordinary, with the added benefit of coming out on a Sunday and showing up immediately. I'm so grateful for this business.

Our health center sewer drain was clogged up to an epic proportion this week. Cody and Jim worked tirelessly to fix our situation, being creative with different ideas and multiple points of access to get us back to normal (that is, open for business) as quickly as possible. The local water bureau was also helpful and on site for this issue. Bottom line, a friendly Mr. Rooter staff worked their butts off taking no breaks, no lunch, and no complaints, to get our job done in a truly professional manner. Well done and many thanks!

Brian was so helpful and knowledgeable. We have used Mr Rooter to replace a lot of pipes in our old home and they are the best! We are so grateful for Brian's help and for his being so knowledgeable today to solve some issues that comes with old homes.

Mr. Rooter was great! We woke up to a flooded basement after the first rain of the season, and they sent out two technicians within the hour. Both were incredibly kind and stuck with us for a couple of hours until we found the problem. They were reasonably priced and helped us when we were in a panic.
