Mr. Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in the year 1970, launching his first branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck started his own plumbing business, adopting Mr. Rooter. After talks between Duck and Don Neighborly of The Neighborly Group, Mr. Rooter Plumbing was acquired by The Neighborly Group in the year 1989. Although Duck sold the rights to the business and its original franchises, he retained his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck remains a franchise owner today.
Kristine is the dedicated owner of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Corpus Christi itself. She and her husband, Robert, have managed R&K Plumbing in Rockport, Texas since 2007. Robert brings more than 30 years of plumbing experience in both domestic and business settings. Their son, Robert Jr., serves as the head manager of Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

The lady that took my initial call was extremely helpful and her cheery demeanor took alot off my frustrated shoulders. Just as she was very quick and thorough, the service employee, Damion Lopez, was just as kind and quick with his service. He was informative with each step he took and why. He had my kitchen sink back to normal quickly. I will not attempt these fixes on my own any further. (Smiles) The fact that Roto Rooter does not charge a higher call out fee for evenings is a nice, financial perk. I called other plumbing companies that wanted what I was charged with Roto Rooter, just to come out in the evening OR they didn't even want to come.

He completed the job and it looks amazing we now have a new water heater up to code.
