David Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1970, launching his first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck started his own plumbing business, taking on Mr. Rooter. After discussions between Duck and the Neighborly Group's Don Neighborly, Mr. Rooter Plumbing was purchased by The Neighborly Group in 1989. Although Duck gave up the rights to the business and its original franchises, he kept his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck continues to be a franchise owner today.
Kristine is the dedicated owner of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Corpus Christi itself. She and her husband, Robert, have operated R&K Plumbing in Rockport, Texas since 2007. Robert brings over 30 years of plumbing experience in both residential and commercial settings. Their son, Robert Jr., serves as the head manager of Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

The lady that took my initial call was extremely helpful and her cheery demeanor took alot off my frustrated shoulders. Just as she was very quick and thorough, the service employee, Damion Lopez, was just as kind and quick with his service. He was informative with each step he took and why. He had my kitchen sink back to normal quickly. I will not attempt these fixes on my own any further. (Smiles) The fact that Roto Rooter does not charge a higher call out fee for evenings is a nice, financial perk. I called other plumbing companies that wanted what I was charged with Roto Rooter, just to come out in the evening OR they didn't even want to come.

He completed the job and it looks amazing we now have a new water heater up to code.
