I'm very disappointed in the work that was done! They backfilled my front yard and tree lawn with pieces of the old valve box they replaced along with the entire sewer crock!

Within two weeks of buying my home, my main drain clogged up and started to flood my basement. My home warranty policy didn't cover anything in the first 30 days, so I had to pay out of pocket. Mr. Rooter came out during a thunderstorm/power outage and worked for about an hour to hydro-jet everything clear. Jordan was professional and informative. He let me know the price before starting the work. Although it was pricey ($650, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5), I appreciated the work being done quickly and professionally with a 1-year warranty.

Called for drain service and it was pretty much trashed...and we knew it was coming. Dug out basement line to the outlet and replaced it with new PVC and relines the cast iron under my porch. Camera's the whole line out to the street and determined clay was still good and what they had done was enough. Very informative and explained everything very clearly. Whole job was done in 2 days. Entire crew was respectful and great to interact with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They showed up to evaluate replacing a kitchen sink faucet. A standard faucet costs around $60 at Home Depot, these idiots wanted $600.00 to do the job. YES, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast, efficient service. Joe showed up well within the promised time, gave a thorough assessment of the problem, and made the necessary repairs. He tested the new equipment and did not leave till he was confident it had been repaired to his (and our) satisfaction.

We had this company install a gasoline for our stove. We were excited to have a gas stove as the old one was electric. This year we have been improving our new home and had to move the stove to install some tile backsplash. When we did this we started to smell gas. The has line was not sealed properly and the gas was leaking. We tried calling them and there was no response. This was an emergency so we had to call another company to come out ASAP and fix the job. Unfortunately this company is not will to take responsibility for this. I would not recommend them as they are not a company who stands behind their work!

Never call Mr Rooter. They got me for $1000's. Their work is ""guaranteed"" but if the drain still doesn't work you pay through the nose for whatever additional services may be required.

I can't comment on their service because the quote was deterrent enough. Basically, if you have a few extra hundreds burning a hole in your pocket just shove them down the drain and turn on the garbage disposal, then call a different plumber to fix the drain. It'll still be cheaper than Mr Rooter. ?
*This review isn't meant to be hateful, just having a laugh. But the take away: the price is not competitive. At all. *

Never use this company!! I was very clear on the phone when I requested service at my Austintown home that I wanted ALL of my main drains running under my basement floor to be pressure jetted. I couldn't wait on them due to work so I had a friend sit and wait at the house. They showed up with a freakin snake not the pressure jet the I specified!! After over an hour they realized they needed the pressure jet. I spoke with one of them over the phone and asked why they didn't bring the jet? He said dispatch didn't relay that message to him and now I'll have to wait 2-1/2 hours for that machine!! Well, the clock is still running when I found out my friend wrote a check for 650.00!! WTF?? Later that week I did a load of cloths. Floor drain backed up! And the kitchen sink still is slow after the pipes in the basement floor fills up. I found out all they had cleaned was the one main 4"" drain and not the floor drain or kitchen drains we never even looked at. I tell everyone I know not to use this company. Just awful service. The technician had the attitude that I only do what my boss tells me to do!! I bought my own pressure jet attachment from Amazon for my pressure washer and cleaned these drains myself. Guess what? Everything works like it should. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.

Overpriced, poor performance, unwilling to stand by their work. They charged $300 to my tenant to clear a small section of smaller pipe from the tub to the main stack. I have multiple plumbers that would charge less than $100 for this. The worst part is they couldn't figure out that when they snaked this repeatedly and the tub still couldn't allow water down the drain the clog was beyond this section of pipe. I had a main line clog in the house a few weeks later that caused a backup so I called them. They tried to tell me it was a separate issue which is not likely. So I told them they were already overpaid to clear a small line and they should give me a good deal (really come do it for free but I was trying to work with them) to clear the main line which I believe should have been diagnosed in the first place. I explained that I have 3 plumbers charging $100 - $135 to snake a main line and anything well below this price was not an effort to fix the problem I had with them. They called me back and left a message (on a line with the number blocked... I wonder why?) and told me they could give me a great discount on a main line snaking that would amount to another $300. They are idiots. I just told them I could do it for 1/3 of that price. They just want to get paid and are not accountable. Use another company.
