I had a particularly stubborn problem with a leaking shower fixture. Mostly due to the fixture being a piece of junk but it came with the house. Leslie came out and patiently worked through two days of high adventure. Throughout the repair he was pleasant and professional. This is the second time I've used Mr. Rooter and I now ask for Leslie to be my assigned technician.

Excellent above and beyond service, contacting me to be sure that everything they selected and ordered was exactly what I wanted! They were good at keeping me informed of when they would be coming out and even on their way out. When problems occurred during the plumbing installation process , they fixed it right then and there for the discounted price that I got with the plan. They were there till 9 o'clock at night the same reasonable price They had quoted. They were very careful with their work and to keep the place clean. I've never had a better plumbing Experience, only ones that equaled it and only two plumbers where I used to live who would qualify in the same league. Be sure to call them first at Mr Rooter and be sure to use them! They are fair, their price is reasonable and the work is exceptional

Long story short I do not recommend Mr. rooter. I did not have a good experience even though I got my repair completed. I basically paid them $300 for a $5 part. I was denied a military (19 years active duty currently) discount even though i had the conversation with the technician about it prior to service...he told the front office he did not recall me saying so. Avoid them at all cost if you are looking for someone to do the job right the first time and to understand the professionalism required in customer service.

I recently had to replace my water heater. I called at 8:30 AM and the tech was there at 9:30 AM. Kristen in the office kept me updated on when he would arrive, etc. She also did a follow-up after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. It was a very hard job because the water heater is in a small attic space on the second floor. Leslie was the tech and he did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them as well.

This company charged 300.00 for a simple change out of a garbage disposer. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to do this. My brother in law didn't know any better and paid this con for this. I can't stand it when a company cons older people that don't know any better for a simple service job. If you don't have a problem with a company stealing your hard earned money this company is for you. If you do have a problem with a company running a con like this ask them to leave. Please take the time and call around to other companies before letting this company in your house. The reason they were told it was so high is because they didn't by the disposer from him, are you kidding me. Shame on you !

The plumber, William, informed us that he is new to the company and has 16 year's experience. His work was outstanding in quality, and it was obvious that he took a lot of pride in his work, as it was very neat in appearance.

The problem is that I was charged over 3 times what it cost to originally install the hot water circulating pump 3 years ago by a different plumber. I looked up the parts on the internet as best as I could, and I calculated that I was charged over $300 per hour for labor. Mr Rooter does not invoice parts and labor,as they should; in fact, they go to great lengths to make the entire cost process opaque. Clearly, they don't want the customer to know what they are being charged for parts and labor; they only provide a pre-determined price for a particular operation, and that price is not just high, it is obscene!

I won't ever use them again, as I can't afford them.

Was given a fast appointment for leaking P-trap in my kitchen. Fixed in no more than 10 minutes. Wyatt was excellent and they're extremely efficient and professional.

Very disappointed with the service I just received. I was charged for the plumbers to work in the crawl space and then an additional charge because my crawl space was ""tight"". I also had to wait 2 days after they started the repairs for them to finish. I will not be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone that asks me for plumber recommendations.

Not recommended. Expensive, disorganized and unable to keep an appointment. This company rescheduled their visit 4 times before finally arriving at nearly 8pm days after the originally scheduled appointment.

We had a dishwasher emergency the Monday after Thanksgiving - Mr. Rooter promptly dispatched Wyatt, who was terrific and fixed the issue well for us, and explained what he was doing and why. So pleased with the service - thank you very much! We would definitely use Mr. Rooter again!
