I asked for pricing up front but they had no information, so I set up an appointment. The tech said they would charge $900 to clean out my main drain. No way! I just wasted $99 on a trip fee to find out their prices were outrageous!! I called RotoRooter and they did it for $500. Save yourself some money and call someone else.

I contacted them to complete the plumbing under the sink. After the job was complete the new plumbing began to leak. They came out once to repair and were not successful. I keep trying to schedule them to come out and fix and they keep rescheduling and will not show up. They refuse to give a refund as well. Had them come out to fix a leak in our tub needed to change the Kohler Shower cartridge they charged double of what it should cost to repair it. They took the part off and then told them to stop because it was a ridiculous price to pay and they don't separate labor snd parts for you to see the true rip off artists that they are. Stay away from this business they only are out to screw you. Beware of this company not honest and charged 180 dollars for a quote on a job that should've only cost around 250 to do but we're charging double that price. Terrible company and dishonest. Unbelievable

Hi, I had two drains that were backed up coming from my down spout gutters into the drain tiles. Very nice guys showed up and evaluated and quoted within 15 mins after they left. Doing good at this point... Then I saw the they quoted me two options: one for $1650.00 and the other for $2250.00 for a hydro jet. I fixed both problem areas with my hose in 20 mins. (No joke) Get a second look...I will never say a good thing about your company ever. Unbelievable how you can do this to residents that have no idea what is going on.

I am a new home owner and we had water backing up out of our toilet anytime water was ran in our bathroom. We tried to fix it ourselves but could not figure it out. We called mr rooter and they seemed very nice sent someone out same day which we appreciated because we did not have a working bathroom and we only have 1. We were quoted $650 to fix a problem that could have potentially been a clog. We agreed because we wanted the problem fixed ASAP. The guy said there was no clog and we may need our septic tank pumped. We were frustrated because we spent $650 to fix nothing and messed up our bathroom floors. We called another company to empty our septic tank and there WAS a clog!!! They fixed it for $250. I called the company a couple times and it has been over a week and I still have not heard from them. I have never been so upset with a company. I truly believe they scam people and over charge and did not even fix a problem. On top of that now I have to get my bathroom floors fixed too. I would truly not go to this company for any plumbing services you need. They are EXTREMELY over priced and do not provide you with good service at all!!

For the last several years I have been dealing with sewer gas coming back into the house. After many calls to other plumbing companies and no call backs, Mr Rooter of Will County came out to my house, gave an estimate of how much it would cost and scheduled a next available appointment. On the day of the appointment, a receptionist called from Mr Rooter to let me know that Cody was on his way out to the house and how long it would take to get there. Cody from Mr Rooter arrived on time, told me what he was here to do and got right to work. After getting behind the wall where the issue was, he recognized that the issue with the sewer line was different than he first expected and was able to save us money on the back end. Cody was very professional the entire time he was here. I AM HIGHLY PLEASED with Mr Rooter and would absolutely hire him again if I ever needed any other work done...And what did it for me was the extra mile Mr Rooter went to, to call me after Cody was done to see how did I like the job. Thank you Mr Rooter!!!
