First thing I heard when I called was that they were all booked for the day and I should call somewhere else. and I called back later in the day to hear the same thing! Once we got past that poor service, I discovered they charge a $50 service fee to come to my home which according to Google maps is on 21 miles from their location.
The phone service and service fee were enough to decide no one should ever call them because they are obviously not interested in anyone's business.

This is my second review about Mr. Rooter. They are and will continue to be my first call when a plumbing disaster strikes and let's face it if it involves plumbing it's always a disaster. Mr. Rooter techs are always courteous and polite. They are efficient and go out of their way to make sure each job they do completely solves your problem. My service tech today was Danny and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed my issue and then fixed it in a throughly professional manner. He is welcome to work on my plumbing issues any time. Thanks Mr. Rooter. I know when I call you my problem is as good as solved.

We had them come out and do service. Before hand they told us it would cost us $750 and there would be a year warranty on the service performed. After the work was completed they charged us the $750 and told us that they couldn't give us a warranty.
They charged us the full amount and didn't give us everything that they promised. I would definitely call a different company in the Wichita Area.

I had a gas leak repaired on a natural gas line coming through the basement wall. They did a good job but it was EXPENSIVE. My fault for not getting other estimates but I was stuck since and needing to get it done since the gas was already turned off by the gas company due to the leak. I was very surprised to hear that it would be almost $1400 to replace 4 feet of galvanized pipe and replace 3 small shutoff valves due to new codes. As I said the work was fine but took less than 3 hours.

I wouldn't trust my plumbing needs to anyone else. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service - AND decent pricing. They're the only ones in my contacts list.

Do not do business with this company. They employed unskilled plumbers that have very little to no experience. I was charged for two different attempts at clearing my clogged pipes with no luck for a grand total of $800. I had to call another plumber that got it unplugged and charged me less than half that. I assure you they will tell you that you need a new pipe and charge you a crazy amount to replace it. Do NOT fall for this and call a professional. Again, they will try to sell you on something you do NOT need when they get there.

Two years ago they came out and did a repair on my water line out near the main, cost $800. Guess I should have listened better when they said they where only going to warranty the work for a year. Now almost two years later the water line is leaking in the same spot and Mr Rooter won't do anything except charge me an additional $1500 to come out and replace the whole line.

I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion on replacing my hot water heater. They were on time, very helpful and went over all my options. I used there estimate to help get a problem resolved sign my home warranty company (American Home Shield) and another local plumber (On Time Plumbing)who wanted a lot more money for the job. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your honest estimate and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

I called Mr. Rooter to fix a stopped up drain, and again to unclog the sewer. To unclog the drain, they said i needed major work on the plumbing. To do this, they removed my diswasher. They installed new PVC of the absolute cheapest and thinnest material. The drain clogged up again shortly later, as did the sewer. They didn't connect the power correctly to the dishwasher, adding another $175 service call. The total I spent to fix or undo what they did was close to $800.00. This is in addition to what they charged.

My wife dropped a ring down the toilet. I called Mr. Rooter to come out with their scope to check the line in case the ring was in the pipe. They quoted me $105 over the phone and the serviceman arrived in about an hour. He sat in his truck for about 15 minutes until it was 6pm then knocked on the door. I already had the toilet removed from the bathroom. The tech was in the bathroom for approximately 2 minutes when I asked him if he was about to check the line when he replied that he had already gone 30', he removed the scope and was out of my house in less than 5 minutes even though the service was for up to an hour, he was obviously in a hurry at my expense. I called to talk to the manager, Emily, she was out so I called back on Monday, she apologized, told me it actually should have been almost $200 so I got a deal and said she would talk to the owner. Emily called me back several days later and offered to send the serviceman back out. Needless to say, I declined, I did not want to tear the toilet up again and it had been almost a week.
