They got us in last minute and put in a new main water line. We went from only being able to run water one place a time to being able to run the dishwasher, washing machine and shower all at the same time without losing pressure.

Thank you Mr. Rooter for coming to our rescue and then taking on a second issue that had come up. Tech/Plumber Brent Weekly went above and beyond today. He is also friendly and informative. I will definitely request him the next time we call Mr Rooter. Top notch customer service and excellent work. We are pleased and relieved our issues are taken care of. We love supporting locally owned businesses that take great care of their customers!

I have been rescheduled 3 times now. They came out last Wednesday and Thursday, told me they would do the work Tuesday so I paid them $1700 (less than half for the job)
upfront. They came on that Monday when I wasn't home, then scheduled me again for today (Tuesday). And now I'm writing this because I just called to see where they are and they just told me I have been rescheduled again to tomorrow! No compensation, I am giving them over $3500 for this job and they just keep playing games.

I was able to make an appointment for the same day I called. Danny was the technician sent to my house. He was very helpful. He was able to give me a price and throughly explain everything. I had other questions regarding other issues around the house and he was more than happy to look and answer my questions. I will definitely be requesting him for any future pluming needs!

Have had 3 pinhole leaks in basement water lines in last 2-3 years(33 yr old pipes)- I called Mr Rooter they scheduled the next day(Sunday) but called me couple times and said they got backed up on several jobs and re scheduled Monday- their communication with customer is good- Anyway they give you a 2 hour window (or try to)- guy called and came out right on time- repaired water line was gone in 30-45 minutes- I mentioned our sump pump was 33 yrs old and he said he had one on his truck- but I wantedvto think about it- fine no pressure really- it should be replaced really- anyway - we were pleased with their service and will probably call them back- for the enevitable failure of water heater- hope not soon- they tell you up front how much it will cost- and nothing to do with plumbing is inexpensive! If you can do it yourself- more power to you-but I do not want to do plumbing nor electrical work- leave it to the pros

First thing I heard when I called was that they were all booked for the day and I should call somewhere else. and I called back later in the day to hear the same thing! Once we got past that poor service, I discovered they charge a $50 service fee to come to my home which according to Google maps is on 21 miles from their location.
The phone service and service fee were enough to decide no one should ever call them because they are obviously not interested in anyone's business.

This is my second review about Mr. Rooter. They are and will continue to be my first call when a plumbing disaster strikes and let's face it if it involves plumbing it's always a disaster. Mr. Rooter techs are always courteous and polite. They are efficient and go out of their way to make sure each job they do completely solves your problem. My service tech today was Danny and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed my issue and then fixed it in a throughly professional manner. He is welcome to work on my plumbing issues any time. Thanks Mr. Rooter. I know when I call you my problem is as good as solved.

We had them come out and do service. Before hand they told us it would cost us $750 and there would be a year warranty on the service performed. After the work was completed they charged us the $750 and told us that they couldn't give us a warranty.
They charged us the full amount and didn't give us everything that they promised. I would definitely call a different company in the Wichita Area.

I had a gas leak repaired on a natural gas line coming through the basement wall. They did a good job but it was EXPENSIVE. My fault for not getting other estimates but I was stuck since and needing to get it done since the gas was already turned off by the gas company due to the leak. I was very surprised to hear that it would be almost $1400 to replace 4 feet of galvanized pipe and replace 3 small shutoff valves due to new codes. As I said the work was fine but took less than 3 hours.
