I would recommend this company because of their honesty and integrity. We just had a repair done on a toilet leak. It turned out that the parts they replaced did not fix the problem. We called and the company sent back their technician (Zane) the very next day. He realized that some other part needed to be replaced. He explained the situation to his boss. They fixed the problem without any additional charge. I was happy to see they stood behind their workmanship and warranty. Zane was very courteous and easy to work with. I would use this company again.

Halfway through a DIY project, I realized I need professional help and Mr. Rotor Plumbing of Virginia Beach came to the rescue. Got us scheduled right away and helped us out with a needed repair and install. Easy to deal with, very professional and I highly recommend them!

2 stars given - 1 for being reliable and 1 for coming out the same day. Service and overall price was... well... subpar.

Overcharged and incorrectly charged for the plumber just to replace the rubber stoppers on the shut off valves in my shower. (It was only 2 steps for him for to do & I had even explained to him what needed to be done; very easy job for him).

He also used my tools and didn't even bring in his own.

When he removed the shut off valve screws, it was covered with calcium buildup. Plumber didn't clean it or brush it. He removed the old rubber stoppers and replaced it with new ones, put the new stopper back on the calcified screw and put it back in place. Left the old rubber stopper pieces in my tub and didn't clean it up.

My invoice shows that I was charged for ""Repair 1/2"" Water Hose Faucet"", which is an incorrect service, but the plumber said there wasn't anything in his system that has a quote for replacing the rubber stopper. So, I was charged way more for a ""repair"" he didn't do.

I asked why it cost so much & he said it's for labor. $260 for him to unscrew a screw, put a rubber cap on it & screw it back, while leaving a mess, borrowing my tools, and not even cleaning the part he ""repaired"". He also had to leave and come back because he only had 1 rubber stopper on hand, which took another 45mins or so.

He was a nice guy but I expected more professionalism and courtesy - charge your customers accordingly to the work and effort, use your work own tools, clean the part that's being ""repaired"", ensure you have the supplies needed in your truck, & clean up after your service

I highly recommend this company. Bryan was wonderful, courteous, professional did excellent job and quality work. I called out of the blue for an out of state client and he was on top of it directly. He went out of his way to give me an honest accurate assessment of what should be done and honest quote before he did some work in my house in Wyndcrest Way, Virginia Beach. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, experienced and job right. Please don't hesitate to use his services. I highly recommend Virginia Home Repair and Bryan. I certainly won't be using anyone else......

$475.68 for a 45 minute job to unclog my line. They said they gave me a quote prior to starting, but I call bull because I was told that they'd charge approximatly $179.00 an hour, and the tec would give me a final price while on the job. That never happened. I then talked with a manager and he said it's all a flat rate no matter how long a job takes. I do believe this is a bunch of bull as well, as I could have bought a drain snake and took off a work day, even if it took me three days to do it, to have been better off!
