Fast ,responsive and to the point the service technician came out evaluated what the problem was diagnosed it and fixed it within a timely manner. The job wasn't costly and they gave me a 30day warranty for the job .

Used this company to fix my leaking water heater. Technician came and tinkered with the unit. offered me two option: 1. $3000 to rebuilt unit 2. $5000 to replace. I said no. Asked him how much for him coming out; he said free but charged me $85 at the end.
my unit has been leaking for a week; I called water heater company to send me parts and found that mr rooter tech had ordered the parts and have it mailed to him; he has received it for one week and did not even bother to call me while my water heater is in a brink of catching fire. This tech is very dishonest and not concern about customer safety.

I am extremely pleased with the service and communication received from Mr. Rooter's staff. From setting up the appointment to Sam contacting me advising he was on his way and arriving promptly. Sam did a fantastic job with assessing the issue I was having with my toilet and fixed it on the spot. He also advised about some other issues that may arise in the future and I definitely plan on using them to have additional work done to my bathroom/plumbing. Thank you again for a job well done!!

I found Mr. Rooter through Yelp after calling two other plumbing places to get a quote and time frame in which someone could come out.

I had a washer installed but the delivery guy couldn't get the hot water hose off the valve and advised I call a plumber to help so nothing gets damaged. The water in my house is apparently very hard and the hose was REALLY old (19ish years) so the hot water hose had fused to the valve.

Mr. Rooter was able to send a technician out a couple of hours after I called (all other places I called said maybe late Friday, but likely early Monday) which was great!

My technician's name is Zane Albrecht. He was incredibly personable, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional and polite.

If I have any plumbing issues or plumbing needs in the future, Mr Rooter will be the first company I call and I will request Zane Albrecht every time!

Thank you for helping me get my washer up and running. My kids and their stinky clothes thank you! :)

They will not give you any kind of price range before they come and it's $85 just to come. I wanted my shower drain cover replaced and the drain unclogged. He gets there and tells us we could do it ourselves with a screwdriver but he can do it for $689! What a joke! DO NOT CALL THEM!

I called for a evaluation and I was told on the phone that it'll be free, I had called because whenever someone was using the bathroom and the kitchen sink at the same time our kitchen sink would clog but eventually it'll go down with the garbage disposal. After explaining to my concerned wife that something like that is normal she insists on calling a professional I went with Mr. rooter because like I stated before they would do a free evaluation. The gentleman came in did his best to remake the situation my wife was concerned about. He too said it was normal. He was at my house for 45 min I know this cuz I tacked it on my ring doorbell, he didn't put a snake in my drain he just kept turning water sources on and off. Later he says my crawlspace is producing ""graywater"" I checked before he looked and my crawlspace wasn't flooded only some water at the entrance. I myself have done crawlspace work and went under my house before this visit and didn't find any leaks on the vapor barrier. During the time he was here he says "" I have to charge you something for the time I was here""
I agreed because as a pest control technician I charge for my time but I don't charge $201 for less than an hours work!!! I'm not happy with the service I was given. I simply paid $201 for a professional to tell my wife I was right the whole time.

I would recommend this company because of their honesty and integrity. We just had a repair done on a toilet leak. It turned out that the parts they replaced did not fix the problem. We called and the company sent back their technician (Zane) the very next day. He realized that some other part needed to be replaced. He explained the situation to his boss. They fixed the problem without any additional charge. I was happy to see they stood behind their workmanship and warranty. Zane was very courteous and easy to work with. I would use this company again.

I did not choose their service because they were priced too high. The service guy was nice and the lady that followed up with me was very nice. They were firm on their quote and the reason why I did not choose them for the service.
