My master bathroom was clogged. The remaining portions of the house drained just fine. Two plumbers and 4 hours later, it was determined the only thing that could clear the clog was an hydrojetting the vent stack for $1,300. I'm not sure if that work was completed because they couldn't produce any pictures of it being done and my bathroom was still clogged. Since I had signed the agreement and had to pay before they left. Two different plumbers returned 4 days later and within 20 minutes, using a snake and plunger cleared the clog and charged me $550 since they were their 'master plumbers'. I did receive a refund 12 days later for $700. The worst part? The drain only stayed clear for 2 days. I had to call another plumber who sent one guy, charged me $450 for 2 hours of work and my drain has been clear ever since. Please don't use Mr. Rooter!

Brian came out within less than an hour of me calling. Right off the bat he was kind. I explained what was happening and he went right under the sink to look. He presented me with a reasonable offer for the job. He had to snake our kitchen sink as it was clogged and backed up on both sides. He got the clog out and spent a decent amount of time testing to make sure there wasn't water backing up again. He then replaced a part of piping that wasn't correct. He cleaned up everything. He was even kind to my 4 year old daughter. Super friendly and personable. Would hire this company again and would hope Brian would be the plumber to come out. Great service!

We have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing several times in the past, and each time we've had a superb experience.

Recently, Zane Albrecht came out to unclog a shower drain and was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. I appreciated his professionalism, his expertise, his patience ( with me) , and all the information that he shared with me with regards to plumbing.

Earlier this year, Mr. Rooter Plumbing replaced all the plumbing on another property, as well as the main sewer line and again, we were very satisfied with all the work done, with the timely communication, as that project was being completed, and with the rapid response to our initial call ( within an hour after 5 pm).

Hence, I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and I'm grateful for the timely response and for all of the exceptional service.

I can't recommend Mr. Rooter more highly (wish I could give 10 stars) and their phenomenal specialist Zane! We had a hot water heater installation that needed to be done prior to listing our house for sale. We had gotten probably 6 other quotes from people around the area, all of which tried to sell us crap we didn't need. I made one call to Mr. Rooter (via HomeAdvisor, I believe), and Zane came right out. Not only did he have a huge amount of knowledge and expertise for what we were looking for (tankless, large enough for this size house), but he knew enough to know we wouldn't recoup the investment for this area. He showed us exactly what we needed and gave us a quote that was extremely competitive for anyone else we've talked to. Not only did he quote us with multiple options, he came out the very next day after we picked one and installed it quicker than it took me to look him up!

I highly recommend going with Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs you might have, and specifically request Zane...because a solid trustworthy service specialist is super hard to find these days and he will take care of anything you need! Excellent job folks!!

My water heater went out last night. I called Mr Rooter and they had someone here first thing in the morning. They were very knowledgeable and conservative in their approach. Sean was my technician. He was able to identify and provide options for the repair. I opted for a new water heater and he was able to replace and install the new job quickly and efficiently. Everyone in this company, from the plumbers to the ladies on the phones, were very considerate, professional, and kind. They did not stop until the job was done and I appreciate that so much. No one wants plumbing issues, but knowing that it is being taken care of efficiently is really amazing when it comes to trying to get people to work on your house. We were unable to use this company because the work was previously contracted to a company that finally showed up to do the work. Fast ,responsive and to the point the service technician came out evaluated what the problem was diagnosed it and fixed it within a timely manner. The job wasn't costly and they gave me a 30day warranty for the job .
