So thankful for how quick they were able to come out to my home. I've never had to deal with a septic tank before and our was Full! I had a appointment scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 am. On Saturday, I received frequent updated calls that they are trying to find a technician to come out. This went on until about 11:00 am, finally the CSR told me that they are short staffed and run a skeleton crew on a Saturday. I'm not sure why that was not disclosed when the appointment was scheduled. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday. The technician came to the house 45 minutes later than scheduled and after I prompted a call to them at the end of my scheduled time of 1 to 2 p.m. The technician told me the estimated price and I ask for the estimate to be sent to my email. He typed it in and said he sent it. Here it is Tuesday and I don't have it. Very unreliable.
