I called this company to clean a drain line that ran from our clothes washer to the septic tank. The technician came and encountered roots when he tried to clean the line. At the end of the $300 service, he suggested that the only way they could help was to scope the pipe for an minimum of $600. A few days after he left (The drain was still blocked) I started researching companies that could deal with the root problem. I ran across their web page that said they had a special cutting tool specifically to cut roots. I called and asked for the manager and asked why that tool wasn't used. He said if I had called the next day he would have come out and cleared the pipe. So basically their guarantee is one day. This manager went back to insisting they could help if I spent the additional $600 to scope the pipe. Of course, any repairs would be extra. The manager was argumentative and completely unhelpful.

We had a hot water leak under the foundation. After dealing with two other plumbers getting estimates, we called mr rooter. The owner was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a significantly better price for the estimate of repairs. The technicians that performed the work did a great job on the repair, were very nice, and also did some additional work to ensure our satisfaction. I am pleased to know I can rely on them in the future for any of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

He was here 30 minutes, billed for 2 hours. Ran a line for 4 feet and then billed us $500. Owner was mean to my wife and has not returned any of my calls. Don't use them.

Had used them to install a tank-less water heater. We have nat-gas and told them that upfront. SO, the first hicc-up was that the owner did not know how to shut the gas off to the house ( had to show him myself ). Second issue was on the second day when he said they'd be here by 0800. I called their guy several times and he told me that he was in my driveway and that he was almost done, well not only was that a out right lie, but I was standing in my driveway when he told me. Third, they couldn't even follow a simple request and install the water heater so it would NOT be in the way of the washer. Not only did they install the heater in the wrong spot, they didn't even plumb it behind the wall. They ran a drain line, supply lines, and gas lines all outside of the wall. Left the whole area in a giant mess. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Emily the receptionist is extremely rude she replied to my complaint by saying I don't like to be bitched at and that I am not the customer my warranty company is..I pay 800 dollars a year to that warranty and a service fee per call this is unacceptable also the plumber they sent over watched YouTube to figure out how to replace my bathtub faucet..I've never been treated so poorly
