Had a slow kitchen drain. Called them and they fixed it quick...so why only one star?

Their pricing is not honest. At each call in the scheduling process I asked for a fee schedule. At each of the steps, I was told the next person would provide it. I was even specifically told I would know before anyone showed up. The last person said the tech was only 25 minute a away and he would provide the quote. Game over. After looking at my kitchen sink, he told me $530 to rooter a single line. I should have told him to leave but he was there and at that point I just wanted it done.

Very shady operation.

Had a clogged toilet water was coming up in the bath tubs. I called them
and they came in a couple of hours fixed the problem. Thank You Brian and
your partner, ( sorry cant remember his name).

Called Mr. Rooter on Monday morning and a repairman was here that very morning. We had leak in our master bathroom toilet tank. The tank couldn't be replaced since Washington state has changed to a lower tank yield. Dontae replaced the toilet and I'll give him three gold stars for courtesy and workmanship. He is a very conscience young man, did a very good job and left the floor, etc. very clean.

We had been dealing with a strong odor coming from one of out bathrooms and suspected a ruptured toilet seal. Called Mr. Rooter in mid morning and they arrived early afternoon on the same day. Turned out we were correct, it was a bad seal. Replaced with a more substantial seal and calked around the base of the toilet. Also checked the septic system to make sure all was running well. Problem solved in short time. Thanks much for your help Dante

took advantage of a senior with dementia. Convinced her she needed a whole toilet replacement when it was minimal cost parts needing repair + talked her into an unnecessary 3-yr unrefundable warranty plan on whole house. Her bill was over $800 for what should have been a minor
parts replacement. Shame on them.

I do not normally leave a 5 star review but had to with my experience with Mr Rooter. Had approved a toilet replacement that was not exactly as I had expected. They returned and fixed the problem to more then my satisfaction. The value of my my experience is beyond compare. This company stands behind their work.
