Overpriced and horrible company. Yes period. they can to unclog my toilet and later that same day it started to leak they would not come out and fix it and kept on blowing me off. A drain and toilet snake was $414.00
Michele S.Always on time for appointments, fairly priced, service appointments are available quickly, they always call ahead to let you know they're on their way and always confirm the appointment the night before. The work is done to perfection! Today, this beauty was pulled from our sump pump drain line.
Came to my rescue once again. Julie helped rework schedules to get Cory out to clear my sewer, which was totally blocked. Got it handled quickly and efficiently. Awesome!
Susanne M.We had water damage bathtub drain was old
Mr.Rooter responded very fast
And fixed it right away .
We are very pleased with there work had them for different jobs already and always satisfied .
If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. The receptionist, Julie, assured me the estimate was free. And no work would be done unless I agreed with the price. However he charged me $175 to tell me my septic tank was full! We never even discussed this. He was here for 10 minutes for $175. When I called to talk to someone the manager refused to talk to me. Terrible customer service and they rip people off.
Brittany W.Had a drain backup in the middle of our commercial kitchen on a Friday morning. The gentlemen seemed aloof and not interested in figuring out the issue except for the easiest solution. He used a device to clear the line for 50 feet. Paid at the time of service over $220. By Sunday morning it started doing it again so we called back to see if they could come out try something different or go farther down the line or send someone else who could find the problem. The lady who answered the phone was not nice and seemed inconvenienced about our issue. We were having a horrible fluid backing up into our home but she was the one with the attitude. Which caused us to get upset, naturally. Had to hang up couldn't even speak to her anymore. Do NOT recommend their service.
Timberlie Y.Your team was very quick to respond to our problem! I can't thank you enough for making our day run smooth!
Called what I thought was a local plumber, but got Mr. Rooter. Needed technician to install a replacement dishwasher in our cottage. Scheduling was quick and efficient. The technician, Dick Anderson, arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation and presented the invoice. Once we agreed on the scope of work, he began removal of the existing machine. Unfortunately, and unknown to me, the previous cottage owner installed the existing machine poorly which made removal considerably more complicated. Dick worked diligently and eventually got the old washer out. The next obstacle was not having all the correct parts to install the new dishwasher. He then was forced to make a 30 mile round trip to acquire the necessary parts. He was then able to install the new one quickly. My kudos to him for his diligence and professionalism.
Horrible experience. These people are not plumbers. But they will tell you they are. If you want something done half assed for a premium price call this company. If I could give them a lower rating I would. Had them replace some pipes in my crawl space and they propped the pipe up with debris/garbage. I'm not a plumber but I know you attach the pipe to structure. What a joke!
Justin K.24/7 Emergency service is far from the truth. I understand calling at 5:30 PM on a Friday night is inconvenient for anyone. Especially the guy like myself with a leak and flooding basement. However, when you advertise 24/7 emergency service on your website, I expect that.
I was told it could be 1.5 hrs before they could show up. I Started to catch water and bail And wait until they arrived.
2.5 hours later I received a call saying they were stuck on a job and couldn't make it until the next morning at 9 am. Uh, excuse me? 24/7 Emergency service?!
I ended up having to call a local plumber (Which I should've done in the first place), and he arrived promptly within 30 minutes.
100% Unprofessional. Avoid like the plague.
