I will never call this plumber again because the technician didn't come on time. The technician finished the job but can't give me a receipt after I paid him. I called Joey to request the receipt but he never send it to me even I already gave him my email address. I made an appointment with Joey a day before and he said between 9 to 11 am but the technician didn't show up until 12:15 pm. I gave 2 stars to the technician Sergio. He seems like a nice guy but lack of experience to replace the garbage disposal. He took about 4 hours to finish the job.

Awesome! I called them for a clogged kitchen sink and they had someone here in less than 2 hours. All COVID protocols were followed, booties worn inside, and he went the extra mile by cleaning the floor and moving everything from under the cabinet and then putting it all back. I'll definitely be using them again!

Asked for a main line cleaning. Explained length of line and need for heavy duty line snake. No luck, showed up with a small unit. Paid for what they had but that's not what l ordered. Told me there is no snake that long that l should jet clean it. That costs about 10 times the cost! The heavy duty 150 foot snakes have been around for at least 25 years.

This review is specifically for the dispatcher, Joey C. His incompetence and lack of professionalism is unfathomable. He is rude, lazy, and had the audacity of blocking my number.

I called this office and requested to have services done by Mr. Jeff Kirkendall as he has serviced my home a couple times before. After informing Joey of this, he told me they no longer service my area and referred me to Long Beach. I called the Long Beach location and spoke to Deena and she said that LB did not service my area. She then gave me the number to the cooperate office. I called this Torrance office again and informed Joey of my findings - he said he had spoken to the owner, he couldn't help and hung up on me.

After calling multiple numbers, I found that my area, is in fact, serviced by Torrance. As I had the corporate office on the line (on the phone with April), I tried calling Torrance office again and found that my calls went directly to VM. I tried this multiple times and concluded that my number had been blocked. I'm glad April was on the line to witness this pathetic behavior.

It's too bad that the lack of customer service and professionalism from Joey C. made them lose me as a client. I will no longer hire Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Torrance all because of Joey. I hope the business owner is aware of this employee as he may lose more customers by Joey's rudeness and unwillingness to help.

Joey was able to come out super quick (within an hour of calling) to clean out our stopped up kitchen sink. He wore booties and a mask. Price was good. He even cleaned up after - maybe cleaner than when he got there!

Joey called me ahead of time and arrived in the time he said he would. The plumbing situation was assessed quickly, dealt with and I went on about my business. More plumbing needs to be done and they'l get back to me on the rest of the work needed. Simple and fast. A pleasant experience.

Technician appeared to be new and not very experienced. He was not able to unclog the drain, despite spending hours. Suggested a jet-something and got a quote for apps $1000 (or more). The next day, I called a different plumber and he was done in less than 15 minutes. No special jetting, or whatever that's called.
