Mr. Rooter Plumbing of The Twin Cities
Company Overview
There’s a reason we’re called “Mister”. We’re here to fulfill your plumbing and drain needs. Being a family-run business, we consider our team members family, which means they care for our customers like family too. We hold all necessary licenses, bonds, and insurance. We adhere to the Neighborly, Done Right Promise: “It’s not complete until it’s done correctly!” Our expertise lies in plumbing, gas, drainage, and sewer because that’s all we do.
Since its inception in 1970, the original Mr. Rooter has upheld a set of core values centered on performing quality work for reasonable prices. Years later, the original Mr. Rooter still provides service to homes and businesses in and around Oklahoma City. It remains independently owned and operated with strong community ties that made it all possible.
Though I’m not a plumber, my passion lies in customer service and helping those in need. Tony and I took over the existing Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Twin Cities and Rochester franchise. We consider our office staff and service technicians family in hopes of establishing ourselves as the top employer. In return, we expect our employees to treat our customers with respect, courtesy, and honesty. We don’t claim to be the most affordable plumbing company in the Twin Cities, nor the highest-priced, but we work hard to be the best. We excel in plumbing, gas, drainage, and sewer services because that’s our specialty. I encourage you to contact us and discover the Mr. Rooter difference.

Patrick came to our house this week and was not only professional in fixing our plumbing needs, but was passionate and helpful in assuring future tips for our plumbing. He really cared for us. He is a wonderful representative of Mr. Rooter....

Rob T. was amazing. I needed a gas line cut as I brought a new oven and it would not fit in my old house. I also was able to help with with a sewer exhaust line that got cut when we remove soffits. He told me every step of the day when he was going to do and he also walked me through everything he did he was amazing.
Joel O.Mr Rooter installed my new gas range in my apt. We slightly moved the range to clean and the hose instantly punctured and started leaking because of the install approach. A more competent Mr Rooter rep came and addressed the issue. He apologized and said the last guy installed incorrectly and was recently fired for quality of work and various other complaints. Mr Rooter proceeded to charge me for the second repair as well. I played phone tag with some mgmt guy called Tony Mills. He offered up a similar admission but no resolution. Extremely overpriced, some incompetence, and horrible response to customer feedback.
Linda F.Was overcharged on Credit Card a higher price than verbally quoted. Technician also pushed way more expensive services then were needed and claimed photos showed problem was worse than expected and refused to warranty the standard clean-out unless we purchased most expensive procedure. He refused to share the photos to back up his claims. This company is a scam in my opinion! They did this exact same thing to a friend of mine as well.
Sheresse S.Do not call them! Calling them was a mistake! They came to look at why my water pressure wasn't working in my kitchen. The guy told me the valves were bad in my faucet and he could either fix it for $600 or do a new one got $811 I said no that's insane. He fiddles with the sink leaves and all of a sudden I have zero water in my sink then argued and refused to come back out and fix his error. Horrible company do not recommend!
Eric Thiessen was very professional and thorough. He did an amazing job with my sink. I would recommend his services to everyone.
Amanda L.Very honest and polite. Everything was smooth from calling them to them coming in and fixing our issue. The gentleman that came was wonderful. He even answered any questions my brother had about becoming a plumber.
I purchased a three-filter under sink water filter for $150 on Amazon. It was not reverse osmosis. Tried e-mailing around for cost to install. Most places did not reply or called instead. Mr. Rooter was the only one that communicated by e-mail as I requested. $59 just to come out and give me an estimate. I sure wish I had looked up reviews first. I believed whatever they would charge would be an industry standard. Two guys came out. Cost to install... $528.84. That's 3 1/2 times what the product cost me. So, ultimately this cost me $678. Now that I think of it, one of the places that e-mailed said they could install THEIR reverse osmosis product for $650, but I did not have the room under my sink for the holding tank.
I've never had a bad experience. In fact, every time I've called Mr. Rooter, they've come within 48 hours, fixed the problem, and were respectful to our home. They are professionals. They cost a lot, but they're worth every cent.
Tom B.A half-hour job to change out a $15.00 valve in my tube. Charged me $425.00. It could have been worse I saved $40.00 with a senior discount.
