Terry B.Yes, it was late on a Friday afternoon, not any plumpers available to fix leaking hot water line. Had a simple pex pipe repair on 3/4"" hot water heater supply line. Simple 24"" splice, and coupling. 5 minute job. Of course he didn't have the piping, had to go to Menards. Great work, pleasant tech, but $326 for such a simple repair is a ripoff.
-Moral of the story seems like a good company. Seems to be way over priced.

Pat M.We got hosed. Their prices are nearly four times what it should have cost after checking with other plumbers. We were foolish. So if you want to pay nearly 4x more call Mr. Rooter. Another case of a senior citizen being taken advantage of.
Kecia M.I contacted Mr. Rooter in November in need of a sump pump and the to have the drain augered. The technician came out on November 22, 2017 (the day before Thanksgiving). My bill was $713. The auger was NOT done. I was not given a break down of the bill just the total amount. I have called once a week, EVERY WEEK, since November 27, 2017 requesting a break down of the bill. Each time, the person answering the phone asked for my address and email number and told me a detailed bill would be emailed to me within 48 hours. As of today, January 19, 2018, I still have not received it. When I called today, the representative told me they could not give me a breakdown of the bill. They couldn't tell me the model number or price of the sump pump or the amount charged for the labor. I googled sump pumps and the starting cost for 1/3 hp is $129. I have never received a bill for services that was lumped together. I will not use this company again.
