The absolute WORSE plumbing company you can call. Save your money from this rip off company. Who gets nasty on the phone and hangs up on you when you call about a problem with their horrendous work. DISGUSTING NASTY PEOPLE !!! STAY AWAY!

I called this morning for a slow laundry drain , they were here in the afternoon , My technician John was great , he spent the time to go over everything , as a female homeowner that does most all of my own home repairs, he was very informative . a years old problem has been fixed . Thank you !!

We are new in the area and didn't know who to call. It was a Friday night and we had no hot water. John responded quickly. Came to the house that night and diagnosed our problem right away. Greatly disappointed. Spoke to John on Sunday and we scheduled someone to come out on Monday between 12-2. At 2:15 I called and the woman that answered had no idea what I was talking about. She had to call me back and told me no one would be available until Tues so we set up another appointment. In the interim, I was able to find the leak and had it fixed myself. As a courtesy I called to cancel the appointment and got John again. After explaining the whole thing again, he said he didn't remember our conversation. Also, as an investor for flipping houses, I was looking for a replacement company for the plumber I was using since he moved out of state. Bottom line, John acted like he could care less and didn't even care about the inconvenience he caused. Just another company out there that really doesn't care, one way or another. Their loss! Proceed with caution!
