These guys get it. They understand what customer service is about. Korin Davilla went out of his way to explain what was needed, what was going on, and took extra time to make sure the job would be taken care of in one day. Jovanny Varela communicated on that same level. It was as if I were being trained to do the job. Both guys were patient, understanding of the customer, and cut out most of the stress of the problem we were having. We are extremely happy with how the guys handled the job and communicated with us. If I were starting a job, the first two guys I would want to work with me are Mr. Davilla, and Mr. Varela. Thank you so much guys!

Jeremy Hernandez was the service professional that helped me. He went above and beyond to help me with my toilet that was backed up from a months worth of baby wipes. He made sure that he got everything he could out of the pipes before he left. He also did a few test runs with the toilet and shower just to make sure he didn't leave without clearing everything. Great customer service !! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs basic plumbing services !!!

I can't thank Mr. Rooter plumbing and specifically Javier Moreno. Saturday night our toilet clogged and we were unable to contact our regular plumbers. I called Dr. Rooter Sunday morning and within 2 hours Javier was at our house. We recently had some of the orangeburg pipping replaced ( through a different company) and Javier explained we would need the rest of the orangeburg pipping removed if we wanted to avoid additional clogs. With the go ahead Javier and his team quickly got to work and replaced the pipes in three days. The first day he was able to resolve the clog so we could still use the bathroom. After the job was finished our backyard looked as if it had never been dug up. Javier was friendly always available to answer any questions we had. I was impressed with the entire Mr. Rooter team from the my initial call to the finish. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The service tech that came out was a scammer looking to overcharge for service. I had water hammering in my house and he said to change the fill values on 2 toilets for $325 if that doesn't do it to add water hammer values on the washing machine. Then he said if that doesn't fit it you need a new regulator which would be $2100 to rep

I fixed the regulator at Home Depot for $88 which a another plumber told me which one to get and that would solve the issue.

Would not recommend this company they overcharge and change everything to fix the problem and increase the bill.

Update, still no call back from a supervisor. The truest don't care about the customer service!!

Today my husband fixed a plumbing piece. The water pressure wasnt as high as it should have been. So my husband called up and the wonderful Robert Quinonez and his partner came out quick like always and in 5 minutes told us what was wrong.
Robert Quinonez is a great plumber, honest and gets the job done. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone needing a good plumber.

I found Mr. Rooter through a Google search early on a Saturday morning and got great same day service for my backed up sink. Gabriel gave me an estimate about the steps needed to fix the problem and the costs associated with each one. They didn't proceed until I agreed and were upfront with what could be an issue if the first solution didn't do the trick. His team was quick and efficient and offered a 30 day warranty on the work they did. He even gave me some tips on how I could prevent the problem in the future. I'd highly recommend the company if you ever have any extreme plumbing needs.
