Leon S.Both of our bathtubs were draining really slow so I called what I thought was a local company. Made an appointment on Wednesday for Thursday p.m. Someone called at 4:15pm to let me know they couldn't make it. Assured me they would be here at 10am on Friday morning. Then it was noon. They finally arrived at 1:45pm. One guy never left the truck, the other one sauntered around like he was car shopping. I was told I would get an estimate before work even started. Right. After less than an hour, they pronounced the draining """"better"""" and handed me a bill for $325.00.

Donald E F.Our toilet closest to the septic tank does not drain well. They ran a snake down the bowl but did not find any clog. They ran a hose through the cleanout just outside the house with no results. They said I needed my septic tank pumped out and suggested getting that scheduled. They charged me a huge service fee for nothing fixed. One of the service techs laughed out loud when I said the fee was ridiculous for one hour's work.
