The first estimate they provided included very little detail of the work to be performed. I asked them to be more specific so we would have a meeting of the minds and no misunderstandings. The second estimate did include more detail but the price inexplicably increased $400 from the first estimate. When I called to ask why, Norm Solis seemed offended and told me to find another company to do the work.

They double charge. I paid almost $600 to get my drains to work within 30 days. They must have had a changebof staffing. I used them for almost a decade and if they qwre called out more than once for the same issue they usednto not charge for the subsequent visists. Now, they don't get it right the 1st time and keep charging you. Horrible.

Based on the initial estimate, I thought I was on the hook for over $200. The plumber who quickly arrived, told me how I could easily do the job myself,
and save the money. Talk about HONESTY! I will definitely call them in the future, should I need a plumber.

I had a shower on/off handle which was not turning. Almost completely stuck. I called them at 8am. Rafael came at 11am. Diagnosed the problem and went looking for the part. He ended up having to go to Paso Robles to get the part. Came back about 3pm and finished the job by 4pm. Very reliable, job well done, great personality. I always use this company for my plumbing problems. They have excellent standards and their prices are reasonable. Thanks for going the ""extra mile"".

Technician was friendly and on time and solved the problem quickly. Minimum charge of $225 minimum charge for a 10 minute service visit (leaking below sink that we couldn't fix) that required no materials was a surprise - I should have asked when I called about the rate, I also feel that they should have proactively told me as I believe this is well above the market rate for a simple service visit.

I good indication of how useful a company is their ability to return your call for needed service when you talk to their staff. But my urgent plumbing need request was never followed up on. I talked to your company and was told someone would be calling back. It never happened. I called due to word of mouth recommendation from a friend, basically a property manager on retainer type handyman. Guess what my word of mouth and now Yelp recommendation is. Need a plumber somewhat urgently, call elsewhere. And it may be a long list in SLO as if your problem is not a backed up drain or a dripping faucet or toilet, multiple area plumbers will straight up tell you to call someone else.

At least several of the other companies had the honesty to say they don't want to respond to your plumbing problem as shocking as that is to start with.

After dealing with the horrific customer service at All Systems Heating & Air out of Templeton, CA due to abandonment of my plumbing issue after they started it then getting insulted by the owner here on Yelp for a bad review, I called Mr. Rooter to come and fix my leaking pipe. I explained what happened to the owner, Cindy, and she was more than happy to help me out. After giving details of the problem, she promised to have a technician at my home at a certain day at a certain time and she came through. Of course their was a little discrepancy at first but Cindy fixed it right away. I am very happy with the results and the friendly customer service I received. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I'll definitely be calling them.
